Abstract
تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة الضمانات التي تغطي المخاطر عند تمويل العمليات التجارة الخارجية، ولمعرفة ذلك فقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك من خلال الإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة وإثبات أو نفي صحة الفرضيات المقترحة فيما يتعلق بالتجارة الخارجية وطرق تمويلها وكذلك معرفة أهم المخاطر التي يتعرض لها البنك في عملية التمويل وكذا الضمانات التي يفرضها ومنهج دراسة الحالة حيث اعتمدنا هذه الدراسة الميدانية من أجل إسقاط الجانب النظري لموضوعنا وكذا لمعرفة مدى قدرة البنوك الجزائرية على إدارة المخاطر والطرق التمويل المتبعة للتقليل منها، ولهذا ستكون الدراسة في البنك الخارجي الجزائري وكالة الوادي (094) BEA.The study aims to know the guarantees that cover risks when financing foreign trade operations, and to know this, the descriptive analytical approach has been relied upon by answering the problem posed and proving or denying the validity of the proposed hypotheses regarding foreign trade and its financing methods, as well as knowing the most important risks that the bank is exposed to. In the financing process as well as the guarantees it imposes and the method of the case study, where we adopted this field study in order to drop the theoretical side of our subject, as well as to know the extent of the ability of Algerian banks to manage risks and the financing methods used to reduce them, and for this the study will be in the Algerian Foreign Bank, the Valley Agency (094) BEA.
