I argue that while automation and AI have the potential to enhance productivity and economic growth, they simultaneously exacerbate income disparities by disproportionately benefiting high-skilled workers while displacing low-skilled jobs. The study is structured into three main findings: the historical context and technological advancements of automation and AI; the economic and social perspectives that analyze their impact on employment patterns and wage distribution; and global case studies that provide real-world examples of these technologies' implications on income inequality. Ultimately, I conclude that proactive policy interventions are essential to address the widening income gap and advocate for equitable technological integration to foster economic equityItem Comparative Analysis Of Private Sector Financing Forecasting In Algeria(جامعة الوادي University of Eloued, 2025-03-01) Dermechi ,Feriel; Zakane, AhmedThis article conducts a forecasting analysis of private-sector financing in Algeria based on two distinct methods. The time series studied is the share (% of GDP) of credit allocated to the private sector, covering the annual period from 1964 to 2023. The two forecasting methods employed are exponential smoothing and ARIMA modelling. The results show that the forecasting method by exponential smoothing provides stable forecasts in the short and/or medium term by underestimating major economic shocks. In contrast, the ARIMA approach generates more dynamic forecasts, effectively capturing unpredictable variations. Theoretically, the financial analysis is guided by the works of Box and Jenkins on ARIMA modelling, highlighting the adaptability and precision of this method for adjusting economic policies. In conclusion, combining the two approaches would allow for a more robust evaluation of private-sector financing in Algeria while emphasising the importance of accurate data for reliable economic forecasting.Item Recycling Wastewater Through Phytoremediation For Irrigating Green Spaces(جامعة الوادي University of Eloued, 2025-03-01) Belhoucine, Fatima Zohra; Daoudi ,MebarkaThis study aims to highlight the phytoremediation system for treating wastewater for irrigating green spaces. In light of water resource scarcity and the impacts of climate change, it has become imperative to sustainably exploit all available resources. This necessitates exploring alternative local water sources, including groundwater and treated wastewater, to meet future demands. The study focuses on reducing pollutant levels in wastewater to produce water suitable for irrigating green belts. Consequently, the study seeks to answer the following question: Does recycling wastewater through phytoremediation make it suitable for irrigating green spaces? The findings indicate that plants have varying capabilities in removing pollutants, with Nerium oleander (oleander) demonstrating a significant ability to eliminate pollutants, achieving a removal rate of up to 80%. In conclusion, the reduction of pollutants emphasizes the importance of reusing wastewater through phytoremediation.Item Arab Experiences Of Green Financing In Reducing Carbon Emissions(جامعة الوادي University of Eloued, 2025-03-01) Ounissi, Asma; Dridi, BachirThis study aims to know the extent of the impact of sustainable green financing in reducing carbon emissions by presenting several of Arab countries experiences, represented by Algeria, Morocco, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, by presenting the most important projects completed in green finance. Given its heavy dependence on oil, Algeria's healthcare budget has been highly sensitive to fluctuations in crude oil prices. Recent oil price shocks have necessitated cuts in public health spending. While these developments are underway, the global context is marked by significant variations in health spending. Algeria stands out among its MENA and middle-income counterparts by devoting a relatively higher proportion of its GDP to health, surpassing the regional average. However, this level remains below that of developed countries. Nevertheless, Algeria's health spending demonstrates efficiency, resulting in health outcomes that rival those of developed countries, even with fewer resources.Item The Impact Of Industry 4.0 On Human Resource Management(جامعة الوادي University of Eloued, 2025-03-01) Hussain, AliThis study explores the impact of Industry 4.0 on Human Resource Management (HRM), focusing on the transformation of HR practices into HRM 4.0. Despite the fact that China is the world’s largest contributor to carbon emissions, it has also been quick to adopt environment-friendly methods. The study shows that, owing to its efforts and commitment, China achieved a historic record rate of 1.05 billion kilowatts by the end of 2023, with a growth of 36% the total installed new electricity generation capacity, which raised the share of renewable energy to more than 50%. China’s advancement in renewable energy investment influenced the environment positively, which resulted in constant improvements in air and water quality (given that the concentration of fine particulate matter “PM2.5” decreased by 54% from 2013 to 2023). This advancement may also lead to achieving the peak of carbon ahead of schedule during the next year or two as a result of unprecedented decrease in carbon emissions.Item The Relationship Between Institutions(جامعة الوادي University of Eloued, 2025-03-01) Chib, Amina Djazia; Zine, YounesThis study discusses the relationship between institutions and the adoption of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Algeria SMEs.
