Item دور صيانة الموارد البشرية في تحقيق الأسبقيات التنافسية للمؤسسة الإقتصادية- دراسة حالة مؤسسة حضنة حليب-(جامعة الوادي University Of Eloued, 2024-01-09) تيطراوي آمنة; بن زغدة حبيبةThis paper aims to explore the role of human resource maintenance in achieving competitive priorities including cost, quality, delivery, flexibility, and innovation. Human resources are considered valuable and essential in all sectors, especially the production sector, where they need to be maintained to ensure the organization's effectiveness. The study consisted of a sample of 60 individuals from the top, middle, and lower levels of management in the active "Hodna" lait company in the industrial zone of M'sila, Algeria. A questionnaire was used to collect data, and statistical software (SPSS) was used to analyze the data. The study found that the success or failure of the company is closely related to the level of performance efficiency of maintenance workers. Therefore, the "Hodna Lait" company needs to rely on the three elements of integration, empowerment, and immersion in maintaining its human resources, which can raise the morale of workers, enhance their loyalty to the company, and make them more motivated and less prone to job turnover. The study recommends that Algerian production companies encourage employee freedom of expression and expand their participation to create a state of interaction and balance between different parts of the organization, cultivate trust and confidence between leaders and subordinates to support their loyalty and belonging, and train them in equipment and machinery management to achieve competitive priorities (cost reduction, high quality, speed of delivery, flexibility, and innovation).Item المؤسسات الناشئة التوجه الريادي الجديد للطلبة الجامعيين(جامعة الوادي University Of Eloued, 2024-01-09) جبريط أحمد; عيشوش محمد الحافظThis study aims to know the orientation of university students through the motives that motivate them to establish a startup, in other words, to identify the characteristics necessary for the practice of entrepreneurship. This study was conducted on a targeted sample consisting of 76 male and female students from Echahid Hamma Lakhdar University of El Oued. A questionnaire was used as a data gathering tool, and a set of statistical methods and spss program, version 26 to process data and test hypotheses. A set of results have been reached, among them, we mention the following: A great proportion of the students showed positive response regarding the desire to establish a start-up institution. The results of study revealed that the level of psychological empowerment is available at a high level among the administration staff in Eloued University, the levels of its dimensions were as follows: a very high level for the “competence” dimension, a high level for each of the “meaning and impact” dimensions, and finally a medium level for the “self-determination”, and There were no statistically significant differences on the availability of psychological empowerment due to personal variables(sex, age, educational level, duration of service in the university) among the administrative staff of the university under study, the study recommended maintaining the level of psychological empowerment and providing a supportive work environment to enhance itItem محددات التشغيل في الجزائر : أثر المتغيرات المؤسساتية و الاقتصادية الكلية(جامعة الوادي University Of Eloued, 2024-01-09) مصباحي إحسان; بوريش لحسنThis study aims to highlight the most important intitutional and macroeconomic variables affecting the employment rate in Algeria during the period (1991-2021) using the vector autoregressive model (VAR). The study also presented the most important causes of unemployment, furthermore the most prominent efforts made by the state in order to confronting the imbalance in the labor market and finding solutions to this crisis. The results of this study showed that oil prices have a significant impact on raising employment rate in Algeria compared to the impact of expenditure on education and wages.Item قياس التوجه الريادي لدى طالبات كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة جيجل – الجزائر-(جامعة الوادي University Of Eloued, 2024-01-09) كعواش جمال الدين; شاطر شفيق; عمارة شريفتهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى التوجه الريادي لدى طالبات السنة الثانية ماستر بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة جيجل-الجزائر، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي والاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، تم اختبار فرضيات الدراسة على عينة عشوائية طبقية تقدر بـ: (248) طالبة. بعد تحليل البيانات، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المستوى الكلي للتوجه الريادي لدى الطالبات المبحوثات جاء مرتفعاً، وأن بُعد الاستباقية جاء في المرتبة الأولى بين أبعاد التوجه الريادي من حيث درجة توافره لدى الطالبات، يليه بُعد الابتكارية، وأخيراً بُعد الميل نحو المخاطرة، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التوجه الريادي لدى الطالبات المبحوثات تعزى لاختلاف خصائصهن الأكاديمية والديموغرافية. في ضوء نتائج الدراسة قدم الباحثون عدد من التوصيات الهادفة إلى تنمية وتعزيز التوجه الريادي لدى طالبات الجامعة. This study aims to identify the level of entrepreneurial orientation among second-year female master's students in the faculty of economic and commercial sciences and management sciences at the University of Jijel, Algeria. To achieve this, the researchers used the descriptive approach and the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection. The study hypotheses were tested on a stratified random sample estimated of 248 female students. After analyzing the data, the study concluded that the overall level of the entrepreneurial orientation among female respondents was high, and that the pro-activeness dimension was ranked first among the dimensions of the entrepreneurial orientation in terms of the degree of its availability among the students, followed by the innovativeness dimension, and finally risk-taking tendency. The study also found that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of entrepreneurial orientation among female students, due to the differences in academic and demographic characteristics. In light of the results of the study, the researchers presented a number of recommendations aimed at developing and strengthening the entrepreneurial orientation of female university students.Item دراسة العلاقة بين الهيكل المالي والأداء المالي في بنك دبي الإسلامي باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي (var) خلال الفترة (2001-2022)(جامعة الوادي University Of Eloued, 2024-01-09) بوغنامة أحمد لمين; يوسفي رفيقThe study aimed at investigating the impact of the financial structure on the financial performance in Dubai Islamic Bank during the time period 2001 to 2022, and by relying on VAR model. Two main tools were used for the analysis: the analysis of variance decomposition factor and the impulse response function. The study found a significant relationship between financial structure and financial performance. The findings indicated that debt to equity ratio had a negative impact on return on equity in both the short and long term, whereas the equity to total assets ratio had a negative effect on return on equity in the short term, but a positive effect in the long term. Additionally, the study found that debt to equity ratio had a negative impact on return on assets in both the short and long term. Furthermore, the occurrence of short and long-term shocks in equity negatively influenced the rate of return on assetsItem تعزيز شفافية افصاح سلاسل التوريد باستخدام تطبيقات بلوك تشين (دليل من الشركات الأمريكية المدرجة ببورصة Nyse)(جامعة الوادي University Of Eloued, 2024-01-09) بخاوة محمد الأمين; طيبي حمزةThis study aimed to test and measure the effect of using blockchain technology in enhancing the transparency of disclosure of supply chains, as well as assessing the relationship before and after the use of Blockchain, in order to provide practical evidence in the context of listed firms in NYSE, to achieve this, The data was collected and analyzed by using content analyses of annual financial reports (k-10), for a sample of 16 listed firms, during the period from 2017 to 2022, with a total of 96 observations, the results of the study show significant positive effect of using blockchain in enhancing the transparency of disclosure of supply chains, which confirms a positive relationship, and this effect differs substantially for periods after use and the periods before use, which was different with the stability of the effect depending on each of the control variables (firm size, LEV, and ROA), the results of which were not significant. To achieve this purpose, the researchers used the descriptive and analytical approach and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. Sub-divisions, heads of departments, engineers and administrative assistants, and by following the method of the intentional sample, whose size swallowed (46) frames, from which (41) questionnaires were retrieved, valid for analysis at a rate of 89%. on structural equations modeling using structural partial least squares methodology (PLS-SEM), the study, after statistical treatment using the statistical program (SPSS V25) and (Smart Pls 3.3.7) program, concluded that the level of knowledge management operations practice was high, the study also revealed a high level of application of entrepreneurial thinking in the researched institution, the results showed that there is a direct statistically significant effect at the level (α≤0.05) of knowledge management processes (combined) on entrepreneurial thinking, and an indirect effect of statistical significance at the level (α≤0.05) of knowledge management processes (individually) on entrepreneurial thinking.Item أثر تكنولوجيا سلسلة الكتل على اداء سلاسل التوريد - دراسة على عينة من المؤسسات الجزائرية -(جامعة الوادي University Of Eloued, 2024-01-09) قصابي الياسEnter This study aims at measuring and analyzing the impact of Block chain on Technology on Supply chain performance in Algerian Firms, in order to achieve that we selected a random sample of 150 firms of the study population, questionnaires were distributed to managers of the firms; Data were processed using SPSS . This study aims to assess the impact of financial risks on the financial performance of economic institutions, and this is done through a standard analytical study of a sample of institutions of different nationalities. Considering a number of indicators to estimate the level of financial risk, such as the standard deviation of stock prices, the company's indebtedness, the coefficient of variation, and quick liquidity. The study relied on the descriptive approach, as well as on the dashboard, according to the temporal and sectional dimensions (summative model, fixed effect, and random effect). It was found that the different indicators of assessing the level of financial risks had an impact on estimating the direction of their effects on the financial performance of the institutions under study. This study aims to determine the impact of positioning strategies used by pharmacological institutions on the attitudes of health opinion leaders represented in doctors towards the Excellence of generic drugs in Algeria. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of the strategies of the positioning on doctors towards Excellence generic drugs in Algeria. And that there is a positive trend by doctors towards generic drugs in Algeria. The results of the study also showed that the positioning strategies pursued by these institutions differ in terms of their importance in shaping doctors ’attitudes towards the Excellence of generic drugs.
