    Algerian Desert Tourism As A Mechanism To Support Sustainable Growth

    Due to the great importance that the tourism sector plays in the economy, considered it as an important source of income and stimulating investment, in addition to creating job opportunities and achieving sustainable development, the issue of interest in developing and exploiting this sector is considered necessary. Beni Abbes, “the White Oasis,” is considered one of the best tourist attractions in the Algerian desert, with its famous heritage dating back to prehistoric times. The region also offers several tourist activities, such as sand skiing and climbing the “Arj” peak to enjoy the sunset and sunrise....However, despite these high-end tourism advantages, the region did not live up to the required level. In this context, we will highlight some of the mechanisms that might be helpful in making the region a tourist destination par excellence that will benefit the region locally and nationally, especially since it is a modern state and is considered an economic takeoff site.

    Analytical Approach To Reinsurance In Algeria, As An Emerging Market

    The financial aspect of the Algerian economy is part of all sectors that have undergone great changes these two last decades; the goal is to enable economic mechanisms for real growth. Insurance is an indispensable tool for stabilizing these mechanisms. Therefore the national economy needs to develop the insurance market in order to support the investments, externally and intern ally; it turns out that reinsurance is one of the area which could prove their performance in several markets mainly emerging ones. The expansion of reinsurance in the domestic market is the preoccupation of this work, focusing on factors that could enhance the demand of reinsurance in the Algerian market. this work will be based on an analytical research of the economic contribution of the reinsurance and it’s collusion with insurance market, then it will be necessary to provide an overview of the product in the national emerging market, finally we will try to investigate on the factors that could enhance the demand in the national reinsurance market so as to determine the potential of Algeria in this area.

    The rapid evolution of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies has begun to transform the fields of accounting and auditing. This study explores how AI applications, such as machine learning algorithms, robotic process automation, and natural language processing, are revolutionizing traditional accounting and auditing processes. AI provides tools to automate repetitive tasks, reduce human error, and enhance data analysis capabilities, leading to more accurate financial insights. In auditing, AI enhances risk assessment, fraud detection, and compliance monitoring, offering a more proactive approach to identifying irregularities. Additionally, AI enables real-time data processing, allowing auditors to conduct continuous audits rather than periodic evaluations. While AI presents numerous advantages, challenges remain, including data privacy concerns, ethical considerations, and the need for specialized training.     Bayesian Constant Hazard Risk Model With A Change Point Case Of Study: The Durations Of Unemployment Of A Local Employment Agency

    The purpose of the change methods is to make statistical inferences about the position of breakpoints and about other model parameters. In this article we look at the unemployed registered with the local employment agency of Ain El Benian (January 2011-July 2013). The objective is to find the breaking point in the overall survival function represents the integration probabilities of individuals registered with this agency and in the determined period. We use the constant model of instantaneous risk which corresponds to an exponential function of survival. This breaking point represents the duration of change for an unemployed individual, which is an important element for economic analysis and comparison.

    Challenges Of Implementing Digital Technology In Internal Audit Function

    The present study aims to identify the challenges faced by the internal audit function with the rise of digital technology. To accomplish this, we defined internal auditing, outlined its scope, and examined the latest internal audit standards issued in 2024. We also provided a definition of digital technology and its key branches. Additionally, we explored potential developments in the internal audit profession and anticipated challenges stemming from digital technology adoption. Our findings highlight that digital technology significantly reduces auditors' time investment and enhances performance quality. We also proposed recommendations, such as encouraging companies to integrate digital technology within their internal audit processes.

    Contribution Of Financial Inclusion In The Attainment Of Sustainable Development Goals

    The study aims to clarify the contribution of financial inclusion to achieving sustainable development goals, by reviewing the literature and applied evidence of the benefits of financial inclusion for individuals in general, women and poor people in particular. Reviewing recent empirical evidence on how to use of financial products, such as payments services, savings accounts, loans and insurances, can contribute to achieving sustainable development goals. The result of this study highlights the potentials of financial inclusion that helps to achieve some of the 17 UN SDG. The direct contributions of financial inclusion to attain SDGs 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and 10,16 in particular, It has also been noted that financial inclusion will accelerate enterprise development and job creation and thereby contributing immensely to economic growth and poverty alleviation.

    Croissance Inclusif Et Lutte Contre La Pauvreté Dans La Région Mena

    Face aux fluctuations des prix de pétrole, à l’augmentation des conflits, à l’inégalité des revenus et à l'éclosion de la pauvreté, la région MENA doit se doter de programmes de développement et des politiques nécessaires à la relance économique, à l’amélioration de l’investissement, à la réduction du chômage et au renforcement de l’éducation et des prestations de services. Sachant que selon la banque mondiale, 14% de la population de la région vivent avec moins de 3.20 dollars PPA par jour. Le but de cet article est de tracer un aperçu sur l’état de la pauvreté dans la région MENA à travers un ensemble d’indicateurs et de faire le point sur les politiques de développement susceptibles d’amener la région MENA à une croissance inclusive. Ainsi, les pays de la région devraient s’engager dans des réformes profondes qui permettraient de gérer le secteur public efficacement, d’encourager l’entrepreneuriat et de lutter contre la corruption et les inégalités Faced with fluctuations in oil prices, increasing conflicts, income inequality and the emergence of poverty, the MENA region must adopt the development programs and policies necessary for economic recovery, improving investment, reducing unemployment and strengthening education and service provision. Knowing that according to the World Bank, 14% of the population of the region live on less than 3.20 PPP dollars per day. The purpose of this article is to provide an overview of the state of poverty in the MENA region through a set of indicators and to take stock of development policies likely to bring the MENA region to inclusive growth. Thus, countries in the region should embark on far-reaching reforms that would manage the public sector effectively, encourage entrepreneurship and fight corruption and inequality

    Does Factoring Solving The Financing Problems And Difficulties Faced By Smes In Arab Countries? International Experiences

    The present paper aims at discusses the factoring as a modern financing alternative for SMEs given the funding difficulties faced by this type of institutions in Arab countries, either banking and financial enterprises or financial markets, on the grounds that these institutions have special characteristics distinguish them from large institutions including the high risk and uncertainties that characterize their future. This financing mechanism is also in line with the advantages of SMEs in terms of the low cost of financing and the degree of risk related to the financial hardship of the debtor which is the responsibility of the factor enterprise. The study found that there is a growing global trend towards using factoring as a modern financing mechanism for SMEs at the expense of traditional financing methods by presenting both the Romanian and the Mexican experience

    The study aimed to highlight contemporary electronic and digital works and their application in the Hospital Ophthalmology Foundation Friendship of Algeria-Cuba in the Valley, by addressing both the idea of electronic business and health services and exploring the term "e-health" and its contribution to improving and strengthening the work of the institution in question. The study concluded that the health enterprise was significantly affected by advances in ICT and e-business through its support with advanced tools and devices supported by AI technologies, which significantly improved and enhanced the institution's health services.

    Effet De L'inflation Sur La Rentabilité Des Banques Algeriennes

    Cet article tente d’étudier l’impact d’un facteur macro-économique telle que le taux d’inflation sur la performance financière des banques Algériennes, Une telle performance est mesurée en utilisant un indicateurs telle que les ratios de liquidité. Les déterminants de la performance sélectionnés en conformité avec la théorie économique et les études empiriques récentes comportent des variables à caractère organisationnel, le facteur macro-économique (exogène). L’approche économétrique utilisée réside dans une analyse en données de panel en se basant sur un échantillon cylindré de six principales banques Algérienne observées sur la période 2005-2020. En fin, certains résultats empiriques issus de notre analyse confirment les éclairages théoriques mais d’autres résultats ne vont pas dans le sens des prédictions de la théorie économique en raison des spécificités de la structure du système bancaire et financier Algérien. This article examines the impact of the macroeconomic factor of inflation rates on the financial performance of Algerian banks, measured using the complementary indicator of Return on Equity (ROE). The determinants of performance selected in accordance with economic theory and recent empirical studies include this macroeconomic factor (exogenous) and other variables. The econometric approach is a panel data analysis based on a cylindrical sample of six major Algerian banks observed over the period from 2005 to 2020. In general, some empirical results of the analysis corroborate theoretical insights, but other results do not align with the predictions of economic theory due to the specific structure of the Algerian banking and financial system and the national economy.

Pour cela, l’échec et la survie de cette entité sont des sujets d’investigation, dans cet article nous allons essayer de savoir pourquoi tant de nouvelles petites entreprises échouent tôt. Notre démarche est basée sur : Premièrement ; une analyse de la littérature basée sur l’approche déterministe et des théories de l’écologie des populations enrichie par d’autres théories explicatives des déterminants individuels et sectoriels de l’échec ou de faillite, Deuxièmement ; une présentation des différents scénarios possibles de l’échec. L’objet de ce travail est de cerner l’échec entrepreneurial qui est un concept complexe et polysémique et s’attache à mettre en exergue la spécificité des variables ou déterminants responsables de l’échec.

    Le changement est une partie intégrante des organisations. Cependant, la difficulté à changer une organisation est d’autant plus grande que les acteurs de cette dernières (dirigeants, salariés…) ont une faible connaissance de son fonctionnement. La littérature propose plusieurs courants de pensée dont nous retiendrons une littérature très généraliste sur l’importance du changement, datant d’une quinzaine d’années avec des ouvrages comme la valse du changement de Senge en 1999. Notre papier va mettre l’accent sur la place de la G.R.H dans le changement organisationnel de l’entreprise industrielle ENIEM. Et ce, en réalisant un ensemble d’entretiens semi directifs et des guides d’entretien qui seront traitées en utilisant le logiciel SPSS. Cependant, pour les membres de l’organisation, cette méconnaissance génère des comportements de méfiance et d’opposition d’autant plus appuyés qu’ils ne comprennent pas le problème qu’il s’agit de traiter

    Impact De La Mise En Place D’une Fenêtre Islamique Au Sein D’une Banque Classique : Cas Du Cpa

    La crise financière globale qui a frappé la planète de la finance à pousser quelques économistes à proposer un environnement plus stable en adoptant une économie portant sur les valeurs éthiques et des comportements conformes aux principes religieux. Cet article a pour objectif de mettre en avant l’impact de la mise en place d’une fenêtre islamique au sein d’une banque conventionnelle sur son PNB, dans ce cas nous avons établi un questionnaire sur un échantillon composé de clientèle actuelle et potentielle du Crédit Populaire d’Algérie. Les résultats du sondage montre qu’une grande partie de l’échantillon préfère les produits conformes à la charia ’a que les autres produits. De ce fait, ce résultat implique que la mise en place de cette fenêtre au sein du CPA aura un impact positif sur son PNB

    Impact Of Interest Rate Fluctuation On Tunisian Bank Profitability

    The threats to financial stability have significantly increased. the tightening of monetary policy has had to be accelerated by central banks by raising interest rates in order to stop inflationary pressures from taking hold. In this situation of marked financial vulnerability, this study examines the effects of interest rate changes on the profitability of a sample of Tunisian banks from 2010 to 2021, and calculates the adjustment speeds of revenues and costs in response to a change in interest rates. An instantaneous adjustment of both sides of the balance sheet reflects a perfect immunization of the bank. Our findings demonstrate that banks in our sample have a duration gap between their assets and liabilities. The average maturity of their asset portfolio is greater than that of their liabilities. Changes in market conditions will have a negative impact on the results of these banks, and their profitability is negatively correlated with interest rates variation.

    Investigating Digital Entrepreneurship Competence

    The study employed an online practical training program to explore the development of digital entrepreneurship competence. Participants were recruited through targeted outreach and selfselection, resulting in a diverse sample of aspiring entrepreneurs with varied backgrounds and experiences. Data was collected through a combination of surveys, interviews, and observations conducted throughout the duration of the program. This multimodal approach allowed us to gather both quantitative and qualitative insights into the participants' skill acquisition, mindset shifts, and overall learning journey as they navigated the challenges and opportunities of the digital entrepreneurship landscape.

    Kaplan Meier's Bayesian Model Under An Informative Prior Distribution Case: Integration Study Of Unemployed Registered With The Local Employment Agency Of Ain El Benian (january 2011-july 2013)

    A Bayesian approach to nonparametric survival offers practical, simple and relatively easysolutions to exploit numerically. In this contribution, we will demonstrate the efficiency of the Bayesian approach in themodeling of durations and in an econometric context, we propose a new conception of theKaplan Meier Bayesian estimator under an a priori informative law based on the stochasticapproximation. Which here represents by Gibbs sampling.Our contribution is to improve thedeductive stage in estimating nonparametric survival times and under censorship, and this iswhat we reached in our research L'approche bayésienne de la survie non paramétrique offre des solutions pratiques, simples et relativement faciles à exploiter numériquement. Dans cette contribution, nous démontrerons l'efficacité de l'approche de Bayes dans la modélisation de la durée et dans le contexte économétrique, en proposant un nouveau concept pour l'estimateur bayésien de Kaplan Meyer sous une loi informationnelle a priori basée sur l'approximation stochastique. Ce qui est représenté ici par l'échantillonnage de Gibbs. Notre contribution est d'améliorer la phase déductive dans l'estimation des temps de survie non paramétriques et sous censure, et c'est ce que nous avons trouvé dans nos recherches

    L’effet De L’endettement Sur La Rentabilité De L’entreprise

    L’objectif de cette étude est de mesurer l’impact de la structure financière sur la rentabilité d’une entreprise Algérienne en l’occurrence TRANSMEX/SPA (filiale du groupe Sonelgaz). L’analyse de la structure financièreet l’étude des deux types de rentabilité à savoir économique et financière, ont permis d’apprécier l’effet de l’endettement sur la rentabilité. Les résultats ont mis en évidence que les dettes ont un effet positif sur la rentabilité de l’entreprise puisque sa rentabilité économique est supérieure au coût de la dette durant la période d’étude, ce qui confirme un effet de levier positif

    L’impact De La Qualité De Vie Dans L'entreprise Sur L’engagement Au Travail Des Employés Cas « Medifil » The Effects Of Quality Of Work Life On Work Commitment Case “medifil”

    Cette recherche vise à mesurer l’impact de la qualité de vie au travail sur l’engagement au travail. Pour ce faire, nous avons choisi d'adopter une démarche hypothético-déductive. Nous avons formulé des hypothèses qu’on a testées à l’aide d’un sondage par voie de questionnaire auprès de cent employés de différentes catégories socioprofessionnelles. Les résultats de cette étude confirment que les variables sociodémographiques sont liées aux variables de qualité de vie au travail et l’engagement au travail. Des études ont démontré qu’il existait une corrélation positive entre les dimensions de la qualité de vie au travail (conditions de travail, compensation, pertinence sociale, intégration sociale, constitutionnalisation) et l'engagement au travail ce qui n’a pas été le cas pourThis research aims to measure the impact of quality of work life on work commitment. To do so, we chose to adopt a hypothetical-deductive approach. We formulated hypotheses that were tested by means of a questionnaire survey of one hundred employees from different socio-professional categories. The results of this study confirm that socio-demographic variables are related to quality of work life variables and work commitment. Studies have shown that there was a positive correlation between the dimensions of quality of work life (working conditions, compensation, social relevance, social integration, and constitutionalism) and work commitment, which was not the case for job occupation. l’occupation de poste

    L’impact Des Tic Sur L’emploi En Algérie : Investigation Empirique Auprès Des Entreprises Des Tic

    L’impact des TIC sur l’emploi est aujourd’hui un sujet important du fait du développement de l’utilisation des technologies de l’information et des transformations qui leur sont dues, notamment au niveau social. En Algérie, le gouvernement a instauré une politique de privatisation des télécommunications dans la nouvelle économie. Ce document est basé sur la situation des TIC en Algérie et sur leur impact sur l'emploi par une étude réalisée auprès d'un certain nombre de sociétés des TIC en Algérie. Il ressort de cette étude que le numéro d’année d’activité et la situation financière sont importants pour l’emploi au sein du CTI. Ainsi, les diplômes universitaires, en particulier les diplômes informatiques, jouent un rôle important dans le recrutement dans ce secteur, qui utilise souvent Internet. The impact of ITC in employment is today an important subject as result to the expansion of the use of information technologies and the transformations due to them especially in social level. In Algeria the government has giving a policy of privatization of telecommunication to take place in the new economy. This paper is based into the situation of ITC in Algeria and their impact on employment by a study to a number of firms of ITC in Algeria. From this study we find that the activity year number and the financial situation are important in employment in the ITC. Thus the university qualifications especially of IT qualifications are important in recruiting at this sector using often internet.
