Item Analysis Of The Phenotypic Variability Of Some Varieties Of Durum Wheat (triticum Durum Desf) To Improve The Efficiency Of Performance Under The Constraining Conditions Of Semiarid Environments(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2016-09-01) Haddad, L.; Bouzerzour, H.; Benmahammed, A.; Zerargui, H.; Hannachi, A.; Bachir, A.; Salmi, M.; Oulmi, A.; Nouar, H.The experiment was conducted during three growing seasons and two planting dates. The cultivation site is placed at the ITGC Setif characterized by a semi-arid environment. The objective of the study is the analysis of phenotypic variability of traits measured for 15 varieties of durum wheat, through the average effects, to decline the ways, characters and varieties could play in favour of performance under the constraining semi-arid conditions. The year effect indicates that given the difficulty of predicting the performance enabled by years, it then makes sense to go straight for this performance within genotypes. Analysis of the effect genotype highlights characters connected to performance and is the Setifis variety that lends itself well. For the effect of sowing date, it is that early sowing promotes a better expression of the characteristics compared to late sowing.Item Antistress And Antimicrobial Studies Of Biphenyl Chalcone Derivatives(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2016-09-01) Darshan Raj, C. G.; Sarojini, B. K.; Sindhu Priya, E. S.; Hassan Khan, M. T.; Srinivas, C.; Manjula, P.s .This work reports the synthesis, characterization of new (2E)-1-(biphenyl-4-yl)-3-aryl)-prop-2-en-1-one derivatives (C1-C10). The chalcone derivatives were evaluated for in vitro antibacterial, antifungal, antioxidant activities. The compounds exhibited moderate to good antimicrobial activity at MIC 10-40 µg/mL. The compounds were docked at the active site of the methionyl-tRNA synthetase (metRS) (PDB ID: 1A8H) to predict their putative interactions. The compounds further screened for antioxidant property, amid C5, C7 and C8 exhibited good DPPH radical scavenging activity. Compound C5 was selected for antistress studies against gamma radiation induced oxidative stress markers in E .coli K 12. The C5 pretreatment and irradiated bacteria sample showed modulatory action of stress enzymes SOD and CAT to near basal level and significant demulating effect on the level of TBARS.Item Characterization Of Intestinal Microbiota In Celiac Children(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2016-09-01) Lahcene, F.; Tir Touil Meddah, A.; Bouziane-nedjadi, K.; Meddah, B.; Leke, A.Celiac disease (CD) is enteropathy autoimmune induced by the ingestion of gluten in genetically predisposed subjects. The ingestion of gluten is responsible for the symptoms of CD, and a disturber of the intestinal microbiota. In this study, 13 Samples of intestinal biopsy, 15 fecal samples from celiac children, and 10 from controls children respectively were collected and analyzed by conventional culture technique to characterize the microbial profile intestinal of celiac children. There was 24 celiac children (8 boys), Mean age at diagnosis was 9.52 years, all have clinical manifestations, positive anti-transglutaminase antibodies and mucosal lesions suggestive of CD (Marsh Classification). We found a difference in intestinal microbiota, between celiac and controls children for example the Enterobacteria, Clostridium sp and Staphylococcus sp were remarkably higher in biopsy and fecal samples of celiac children than in controls. Inversely the Enterococcus sp, Lactobacillus sp and Clostridium sp were slightly lower in celiac children. Our results indicate an imbalance in intestinal microbiota for celiac children as reduction in the numbers of Lactobacillus sp, Enterococcus sp and increases in the numbers of Enterobacteria, Staphylococcus sp and Clostridium sp.Item Characterization Qualitative And Potentialities Of Utilization Of Methacomposts Of Poultry In The Nurseries Aboveground(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2016-09-01) M’sadak, Y.; Ben M’barek, A.The Agricultural employment of digestates from biomethanation can be used as an alternative to peat. The solid digestate poultry (called Poultry Methacompost: PMC) can be used as a partial substitute in the manufacture of culture substrates. The humified Organic Matter (OM) of mature substrates can be adopted only with the presence of necessary conditions for the development of the plant especially: respect of pH, percentage favorable of aeration, good sanitation, balanced contents of minerals. The present work aims to evaluate three different PMC from an industrial biomethaniser; one is obtained from the digester and the other two from the decanter (during two different periods). It appears from the physico-chemical characterization undertaken the following key results: In general, the PMC has a high bulk density, insufficient porosity of aeration, while the porosity of retention largely meets the standard. The phosphor and potassium are also eligible. The warranty of quality of PMC ensures greater acceptability and facilitates the incorporation with peat for soilless horticultural plants.Item The Charged Component Of The Vacuum Field As The Source Of Electric Force In The Modernized Le Sage’s Model(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2016-09-01) Fedosin, S. G.The formula is derived for the electric force inside a uniformly charged spherical body, as well as for the Coulomb force between the charged bodies from the standpoint of the model of the vacuum field with charged particles. The parameters of the fluxes of charged particles are estimated, including the energy density, energy flux and cross section of interaction with the charged matter. The energy density of gravitons in the Le Sage’s gravitation model is expressed in terms of the strong gravitational constant. The charge to mass ratio is determined for the charged particles that make up photons and the charged component of the gravitational field. These particles are identified as praons, while the praon level of matter is considered a lower level relative to the nucleon level of matter. The analysis of the main problems of the Le Sage’s model shows that these problems can be eliminated in the modernized model.Item Climate Change: Assessment And Monitoring Of Meteorological And Hydrological Drought Of Wadi El Hammam Basin (nw- Algeria).(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2016-09-01) Djellouli, F.; Bouanani, A.; Babahamed, K.During the last century, Algeria experienced a rainfall deficit was recorded in 1944, then successive drought periods since 1975 to the present day in Northen and Eastern. The most recent has repercussions on water resources and on agriculture. In this paper, we focus on the meteorological and hydrological drought. For describing and monitoring drought severity periods, we used meteorological and hydrological drought indices: Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI), effective Drought Index (EDI) and the standardized Runoff Index (SRI). Data was recording for the period of 30 years at Wadi Louza catchment (NW- Algeria). The best correlation between meteorological drought indices was found for 9-month time step. The results show that severe meteorological identified in March-1983 till the end of August-1984 in Sid Ahmed region and extreme hydrological drought during 1993.Item Contribution To Study The Glycoprotein Ligands Of The Cerebellar Soluble Lectin In Human K562 Tumour Cells(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2016-09-01) Rechreche, H.; Zanetta, J.p.Many cancer cells over-express significantly the glycoproteins specific to the endogenous cerebellar soluble lectin or CSL. These ligands may present the same electrophoretic profiles regardless of the specie or tissue. We purified a large amount of the active CSL using an immuno-affinity chromatography, which was used to isolate the CSL ligands from human tumour K562 cell lines. After protease digestion of these ligands, we analyzed the obtained peptides using reverse phase chromatography and isolated an overrepresented group that carried N-glycans and was relatively hydrophobic. Thus, we suggested that the CSL ligands have a common pepetide sequence specifically recognized by the CSL, who could direct the production of these CSL-recognized N-glycans. Moreover, we speculated that the expression deregulation of a specific exon encoding this peptide sequence alters the glycosylation in K562 tumour cells.Item A Convenient Synthesis Of Pyrandione Derivatives Using P-toluenesulfonic Acid As Catalyst Under Ultrasound Irradiation(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2016-09-01) Benosmane, N.; Boutemeur, B.; Hamdi, S.m.; Hamdi, M.A new series of 3,3'-{alkane-α,ω-diylbis[imino-eth-1-yl-1-ylidene]}bis(6-methyl-2H-pyran- 2,4(3H)-dione) derivatives (3c-e) has been synthesized by the convenient ultrasound-mediated condensation of a diamine with dehydroacetic acid in the presence of a catalytic amount of p- toluenesulfonic acid. In fact, a nonhomogeneous mixture may lead to under dose and/or overdose of the active ingredient in the drug product. Our study is aimed toward using a new and revolutionary approach in the field of the processes “The Artificial Neural Networks” (ANN) by using the Neural Networks ToolboxTM derived from Matlab® software. The validation of the neural network was assumed by studying others mixing powders and then we compared the experimental results to the data obtained by the neural network calculations. Experimental results were obtained from a non-destructive method (Image Analysis) which was used in order to characterize the homogeneity of powder mixture in a V-Blender as well as a Cubic Blender which are most used in the pharmaceutical industry.Item Daily Rainfall-runoff Modelling By Neural Networks In Semi-arid Zone: Case Of Wadi Ouahrane’s Basin(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2016-09-01) Benzineb, K.; Remaoun, M.This research work will allow checking efficiency of formal neural networks for flows’ modelling of wadi Ouahrane’s basin from rainfall-runoff relation which is non-linear. Two models of neural networks were optimized through supervised learning and compared in order to achieve this goal, the first model with input rain, and the second one with rain and input ETP. These neuronal models were compared with another overall model, the GR4j model. Then, it has been optimized and compared with the three first models, a third model of neural network with rain, ETP and soil moisture (calculated by the model GR4j) input. The neuronal models were optimized with algorithm of Levenberg Marquarld (LM), while the GR4j model was optimized with SCE-UA method. The Nash criterion (%) and the correlation coefficient of Pearson (R) allowed appreciating performances of these models.Item Design And Experimental Study Of A Solar System For Heating Water Utilizing A Linear Fresnel Reflector(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2016-09-01) Ghodbane, M.; Boumeddane, B.; Said, N.This work presents a design and an experimental study of a linear Fresnel reflector solar with trapezoidal cavity. For this purpose, we have used different results obtained by an experimental model and a numerical method for computation used the finite elements methods (FEM). The effect of interface on the field stress has also been studied, As a result, the interface locally reinforces the electric field, and then the electric field increases at the interface may lead to a discharge between the high voltage rode and the interface. In the vicinity of the interface, we have observed a kind of discontinuity in the evolution of the electric field intensity. This latter becomes greater than the value obtained in the case of gaps with homogeneous plane earth. The electric field distribution, obtained by means of the computational procedure, is in good agreement with the experimental results.Item Effect Of Gempehd Thermal Properties On The Propagation Of Heat In Solar Stills(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2016-09-01) Baba Ahmed, N.; Benmoussat, A.; Aliane, K.The properties of GEMPEHD as an absorber material in a prototype of solar still have been investigated in a temperature range from 300 K to 400 K. Results showed a dependency between temperature and its properties. The enegy absorbed by the GEMPEHD increases its temperature, the power received by the air and the air temperature. Overall losses increase with the difference of the temperature between the GEMPEHD and windows. This increases the efficiency of the solar still and minimizes the entropy of the system. The study of thermal aging is dedicated to the interpretation of various analyses the GEMPEHD before and after its use in the solar still. The thermal aging GEMPEHD in the air is a physical loss and chemical consumption immediately followed by a brutal oxidation of the polymer. The losses would be governed primarily by the chemical consumption of antioxidantsItem Estimating Octanol/water Partition Coefficient For Selected Ferrocene Derivatives Using Xlogpv2.0 Approach(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2016-09-01) Ahmedi, R.; Lanez, T.Octanol/water partition coefficients P of several substituted ferrocene were calculated on the basis of the adaptation of the existing XlogPv2.0 approach. According to the first priority, criteria and the weight of analytic hierarchy process, the technical criteria, first the action should be done in technical improvements of the vehicle, and also considering that the sub-criteria of engine performance assigned the highest weight to itself, most of the studies should be placed in order to improve Titan automotive technology in terms of vehicle performance.Item Experimental Characterization Of Clay Soils Behavior Stabilized By Polymers(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2016-09-01) Rehab Bekkouche, S.; Boukhatem, G.In this work, we propose to use both PVC and HDPE polymers such additions in cohesive soils to determine their influence on the physical and mechanical properties of soil-polymer material in function of time, which should insure some optimal period of life. For this purpose, different tests including Atterberg Limits, standard compaction, swelling potential, and swelling pressure, were conducted on control and treated soil samples using different Percentage of Polymer (PVC and HDPE) (0, 3 and 6%). Also California Bearing Ratio (CBR) tests were conducted on control and treated samples. The results showed that soil treatment with PVC and HDPE, resulted in improvement of CBR and maximum dry density and reduction in Atterberg Limits, swelling potential and swelling pressure. The addition of a small percentage of polymer causes initially at (t =0 sec) an instantaneous of deformation (elastic response), followed by a time-dependent deformation with the speed of the increasing deformation.Item Expressions Of Islamic Ideas And Foundations In The Noble Iranian-islamic Architecture, (case Study: Khan School In Shiraz)(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2016-09-01) Mahdinejad, J.; Sadeghi Habibabad, A.In this study, using a combined descriptive-interpretative method, the architecture of Shiraz Khan School is surveyed. Thermal and cold water emerge from various training. These sources present are taking their pathways along the faulting system. A complex multilayered reservoir has significant potential water. The karstic aquifer consists mainly on fresh water. Thermal water characterized by high salinity is carbo-gaseous. Collection and chemical analysis of major water elements in addition to nonionic mineral compounds (SiO2) and trace elements (Sr2+, F-, Br-) have determined a deep saline fluid circulation. The tectonic effect would be responsible for the current water flow. Cartography of fracturing system has identified a NNW-SSE hot spring distribution. Similar alignment can match the faulting system direction affecting the concerned study area.
