The in vitro antagonism was compared to the fungicidal activity of "PROLEX", widely used by farmers against this phytopathogen in Algeria. The results revealed a complete inhibition of sporulation, germination, production and germination of sclerotia as well as morphological changes in vitro. A significant reduction on their pathogenicity and a strong inhibition of their sporulation were recorded in vivo. In conclusion, the Trichoderma spp. antagonists in particular, the "T4, T11, T8 and T10" isolates are therefore promising for the biocontrol of grey mould of tomato.Item THE ASSESSMENT OF COMPATIBILITY OF WASTEWATER TREATED BY NATURAL LAGOON WITH DISCHARGE AND IRRIGATION STANDARDS. CASE STUDY(university of eloued جامعة الوادي, 2020-05-01) M., Djaani1*,; Z., Baba amer2In order to protect the environment and the groundwater against pollution, we dealt with one of the problems in the world, regarding the treatment of wastewater and the possibility of reuse with irrigation. We studied the case of the Kef Eddouken natural lagoon treatment plant in Ghardaia (southern Algeria). For this reason we studied the physico-chemical, bacteriological and parsitological parameter of waste and treated water. The results of the analysis show that all the previous parameters comply with the Algerian standard of rejection except electrical conductivity, suspended matter and BOD5. On the other hand, despite the electrical conductivity exceeds the limit, but it corresponds to the SAR value; according to the Algerian and the international standard of irrigation, this quality of water can be used sub-irrigation for vegetable which eaten only cooked.Item EFFECT OF THE SANDS CLOSE TO THE MASCARA REGION IN THE MANUFACTURE OF SELF-COMPACTING MORTARS(university of el oued/جامعة الوادي, 2020-05-10) Laoufi, L; Senhadji, Y; Laoufi, I; Benazzouk3, ASand plays a very important role during the manufacture of concrete and mortar for the need of civil engineering and building. It influences both the properties of cementary materials in the fresh state and in the hardened state. The objective of this work is the development of self-compacting mortars with the various sands existing in the region of the city of Mascara for the main study of mechanical performance. Six sands were used for this purpose: three natural sands and three crushed sands. The tests carried out during this research are: physical tests, tests in the fresh state and tests on hardened mortars. Biri2,; W., Lazbbache2The objective of this study is to evaluate the phytochemical constituents and anticoagulant, and antibacterial activities of phenolic extracts obtained from flaxseed. The quantitative estimation of total phenols by the colorimetric method showed that both aqueous and methanolic extracts are low in these compounds. The evaluation of the antibacterial activity of polyphenols was carried out by the disc method by determining the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC). The results showed that no antibacterial activity with polyphenols was observed; against the five bacteria tested.The anticoagulant activity of polyphenols was also evaluated in vitro using the cephaline-kaolin (TCK) and Quick time (TQ) tests. Of the margines of two varieties cultivated at Khenchela (East of Algeria) , the first one is souidi from Chacher and the second one is chemlal from Baghai. The physicochemical characteristics of the two varieties studied showed a difference in water content, total solid content (dry matter), total solid in suspension, potential hydrogen, and especially its content in polyphenols and flavonoids. The quantitative analysis of the two extracts has revealed a great richness of the margines of the souidi variety of polyphenols and flavonoids content compared to the margines of the chemlal variety. The dosage of polyphenols is 0.8 mg EAG / mlE) for Souidi and (0.5 mgEAG / mlE) for Chemlal. The hydro-climatic network is not dense enough to reasonably estimate the flow in any watershed where the wadis are not gauged. There is a need to develop methods for the acceptable estimation of river flow. The average flow of wadis is conditioned by a combination of climatic factors and local physicogeographic and hydrogeological factors. The influence of these local factors is dominant on the small and medium watersheds through the subterranean supply, where the climatic factors determine the superficial flow. The mean interannual flow (MIF) is composed of a regional climatic flow and a potential local flow. Regional climate flow differs from the actual climate flow in a watershed. Using the finite volumes technique bundled in the OpenFOAM® CFD code, temperature and amount of desorbed hydrogen and their time-averaged quantities inside the metal-hydride packed bed are obtained for various temperatures of fluids used in heat transfer, and several outlet pressure magnitudes. Using a set of numerical simulations, we have emphasized the impacts of both parameters on metal-hydride reactor performance related to discharging time. Our work is concerned with interannual variations of mycoendophyte diversity of leaves of Pistacia atlantica Desf. of dayate Aiat, in the region of Laghouat (Algeria) and this for the spring of 2013 and 2016. The morphological identification revealed the presence of 26 fungal genera. The difference in diversity is very significant between the two years of sampling, according to calculated Shannon Weaver indices. Based on principal component analysis, the distribution of these leaf microorganisms is influenced by the climatic conditions of the study area. Aspergillus and Epicoccum are dominant for 2013. In 2016, Aspergillus and Cladosporium dominate. I.The objective of our study is to implicate the mechanisms of tolerance to abiotic stress by the synthesis of metabolites in tolerance to biotic stress. The extracted metabolites; proline, sugars and polyphenols from durum wheat seedlings subjected to heat shock (40 °C), used to test antifungal activity on two fungal strains, powdery mildew and penicillium, under controlled conditions. The boussellam variety is more tolerant of applied stress than the Ciccio and Vitron varieties. The concentration of the three osmolytes varies from one variety to another; it increases in genotypes stressed compared to controls. Antifungal activity results in the appearance of an inhibition zone around the disc impregnated with the studied extract.
