    المؤسسات الدعوية في الجزائر ودورها في مواجهة التنصير

    ظاهرة التنصير ظاهرة قديمة حديثة لها أبعاد خطيرة على المجتمعات الإسلامية، حيث يُهدّد هويتها الدينية وثقافتها، ويُؤدّي إلى تمزيق النسيج الاجتماعي و تبعية المجتمعات الإسلامية للغرب ثقافيًا وفكريًا.. وتعد الجزائر من أهم الأقاليم الإسلامية التي ركز الغرب المسيحي على تمسيحها وتنصيرها بشكل مباشر كما هو الحال مع الاستعمار الفرنسي وغير مباشر ما مبعد حركة التحرير مستهدفة بشكل خاص الشباب، ممّا يُهدّد بتفريغ المجتمع الجزائري المسلم من طاقاتها الشابة. لذا فموضوع التنصير من أهم المواضيع الشائكة التي أثارت جدلاً واسعاً خاصة في السنوات الأخيرة، وقد برزت العديد من المؤسسات الدعوية الإسلامية في الجزائر لمواجهة هذه الحركة الدينية الخطيرة، وذلك من خلال نشر الوعي الديني والثقافي، وتعزيز القيم الإسلامية، ومحاربة الأفكار الضالة. ومن أهم المؤسسات الدعوية في الجزائر؛ جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين التي تأسست عام 1931، ووزارة الشؤون الدينية والأوقاف كالمساجد والزوايا، لجنة الشعائر الدينية لغير المسلمين، وسنحاول في هذه الورقة البحثية تسليط الضوء على دور هذه المؤسسات في مواجهة وردع حركة التنصير وعلى عوائق التي توجهها. Abstract: The phenomenon of Christianization is an ancient and modern phenomenon that has dangerous dimensions for Islamic societies, as it threatens their religious identity and culture, and leads to the tearing apart of the social fabric and the dependence of Islamic societies on the West culturally and intellectually. Algeria is considered one of the most important Islamic regions that the Christian West has focused on directly Christianizing and Christianizing, as is the case. With French colonialism and indirectly, the liberation movement is particularly targeting young people, which threatens to empty the Algerian Muslim community of its youthful energies. Therefore, the issue of Christianization is one of the most important thorny topics that has sparked widespread controversy, especially in recent years. Many Islamic advocacy institutions have emerged in Algeria to confront this dangerous religious movement, by spreading religious and cultural awareness, promoting Islamic values, and combating misguided ideas. Among the most important advocacy institutions in Algeria: The Association of Algerian Muslim Scholars, which was founded in 1931, the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Endowments such as mosques and zawiyas, and the Committee for Religious Rituals for Non-Muslims. In this research paper, we will try to shed light on the role of these institutions in confronting and deterring the Christianization movement and on the obstacles that direct it.

    دور المؤسسات الدعوية في الحفاظ على الأمن الفكري

    يتناول البحث دور المؤّسسات الدعوية، من مساجد، وهيئات دعوية، في الحفاظ على الأمن الفكري في المجتمع، مبيّنا أّن حمايته يتطلب إظهار وسطية دين الإسلام واعتداله وتوازنه، وترسيخ الانتماء إليه والاعتزاز بقيمه، وضرورة معرفة الأفكار المنحرفة وتحصين المجتمع المسلم منها فالأمن الفكري يسود في البيئة التي تلتزم َنْهَج الَوَسطّية والاعتدال، ويغيب عند انحراف الفكر وجنوح الأفراد والجماعات إلى الغلو والتطرف، وتخلي مؤسسات الدعوة عن واجبها الدعوي والفكري في المجتمع. ذلك ما يتناوله موضوع بحثي الموسوم بـ " دور المؤسسات الدعوية في الحفاظ على الأمن الفكري"، فقد ركزت الدراسة على وصف وتحليل دور المؤسسات الدعوية في الحفاظ على الأمن من خلال تحديد الشروط الأساسية لتعزيزه وحمايته، وتفعيل دور المؤسسات الدعوية من أجل ترسيخه وتثبيته، للنهوض بمهامها المنوطة بها في هذا الإطار، كما أظهرت النتائج أن مؤسسات الدعوة المختلفة تُساهم في تحصين وحماية الفرد والمجتمع المسلم من مهددات الأمن الفكري، المؤّدي إلى انعدام الأمن وتهديد السلم المجتمعي. وأنّه بالإمكان الاستفادة من أدوارها المختلفة من أجل تجاوز تلك المهددات الفكرية. bodies In maintaining intellectual security in society, the protection of intellectual security requires the manifestation of the centrism, moderation and balance of Islam's religion and entrench belonging to and pride in its values, and the need to know and fortify the Muslim community. Intellectual security prevails in an environment that adheres to moderate and moderate approaches. and absent in the deviation of thought and delinquency of individuals and groups to hegemony and extremism, and the abandonment by advocacy institutions of their advocacy and intellectual duty in society. This is what my research topic tagged "The role of advocacy institutions in maintaining intellectual security" deals with. The study focused on describing and analysing the role of advocacy institutions in maintaining security by defining the basic conditions for its promotion and protection, Operationalizing the role of advocacy institutions for its consolidation and confirmation, in order to fulfil their mandated tasks in this context; The results also showed that various advocacy institutions contribute to immunizing and protecting the individual and the Muslim community from threats to intellectual security, resulting in insecurity and threatening societal peace. Their different roles could be used to overcome those intellectual threats.
