التَّنزيل القرآني هو تلك النَّصوص الإلهيَّة المحكمة، صاحبة الحاكميَّة المطلقة من خلال العودة إليها دائماً والبناء عليها، حتى تكون مُخرجات الفتوى صحيحة، وهذا بالاستناد إلى فقه النُّصوص في ظلِّ مقاصد الشَّريعة، وفقه الواقع ومتغيراته، وتحقيق المناط، والتَّغيرات الزَّمانيَّة والمكانيَّة، والأخذ بالعادات والأعراف، والتَّمييز بين المقاصد والوسائل، كلُّ هذه الأسس استند إليها العلَّامة "مُحمَّد عبد العزيز جعيَّط" في صناعة فتواه، فكان أحد أعلام المغرب الإسلامي المعاصرين المجدِّدين في الفقه وآليات صناعة الفتوى من خلال فقهه للتَّنزيل القرآني.
