    العلاقات التربوية ودورها في تحسين جودة التعليم

    نحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة أن نبين الدور الذي تلعبه العلاقة التربوية في تحسين جودة التعليم بإعتبارها عنصرا مهما وفاعلا في العملية التعليمية كون أن للعلاقات التربوية خاصية تأثير وتأثر فهي تربط بين مختلف الأطراف التي تتضمنها العملية التعليمية في المؤسسات التربوية، فهي المنشط الذي تقوم عليه، ومحرك هذه العلاقات هو التفاعل بين أطراف العملية التعليمية، هذا التفاعل الذي يعتبر فرصة لأحد الأطراف التعليمية للتعرف على جانب مجهول في العملية التعلمية ويحتاج إلى إكتشافها، فهي تتخذ عدة أشكال وجب رصد جوانبها وتجلياتها في الحياة المدرسية لما لها من أهمية إستراتيجية في تحسين جودة التعليم للمعلم والتلميذ على حد سواء ، وفي تكوين شخصية متوازنة ومتفاعلة مع الآخر مستفيدة من تجارب الغير، هذه العلاقات متى ما كانت بناءة تحدث تغيرات إيجابية في تمثلات كل أطراف العملية التربوية بما يخدم مصلحة الفاعلين في العملية التعليمية، والمنظومة التربوية ككل. Abstract :Through this study, we try to show the role that the educational relationship plays in improving the quality of education as an important and effective element of the educational process, because educational relationships have an impact and a characteristic of impact because they connect the different parties involved in the educational process in educational institutions, it is the stimulator that is based on it and the motor These relationships are the interaction between the parties to the educational process, this interaction, which is the opportunity for one of the educational parties to get to know an unknown side in the learning process and should be explored, as it takes many forms, its aspects and manifestations in school life should be monitored due to its importance A strategy to improve the quality of education for teachers and students alike, and in the composition of balancing and interacting with others e xpersonal experiences benefiting others, These relationships, each time constructive, bring about positive changes in the representations of all sides of the educational process in a way that serves the interests of the actors of the educational process and of the educational system as a whole.
