العلاقات التربوية ودورها في تحسين جودة التعليم

Abstract

نحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة أن نبين الدور الذي تلعبه العلاقة التربوية في تحسين جودة التعليم بإعتبارها عنصرا مهما وفاعلا في العملية التعليمية كون أن للعلاقات التربوية خاصية تأثير وتأثر فهي تربط بين مختلف الأطراف التي تتضمنها العملية التعليمية في المؤسسات التربوية، فهي المنشط الذي تقوم عليه، ومحرك هذه العلاقات هو التفاعل بين أطراف العملية التعليمية، هذا التفاعل الذي يعتبر فرصة لأحد الأطراف التعليمية للتعرف على جانب مجهول في العملية التعلمية ويحتاج إلى إكتشافها، فهي تتخذ عدة أشكال وجب رصد جوانبها وتجلياتها في الحياة المدرسية لما لها من أهمية إستراتيجية في تحسين جودة التعليم للمعلم والتلميذ على حد سواء ، وفي تكوين شخصية متوازنة ومتفاعلة مع الآخر مستفيدة من تجارب الغير، هذه العلاقات متى ما كانت بناءة تحدث تغيرات إيجابية في تمثلات كل أطراف العملية التربوية بما يخدم مصلحة الفاعلين في العملية التعليمية، والمنظومة التربوية ككل.
