    Scientific corruption is one of the dangerous pests. The Algerian universities in particular and the Arab universities in general, which led to more attention to the creation of scientific research and the enrichment of a set of texts of the law related to its prevention and control of it. This study aimed to shed light on one of these corruption and its most dangerous.It is the phenomenon of scientific theft, which defines a great spread within universities and in the scientific circles. It increased its foundation technological development and the use of the Internet.
