Abstract: The widespread phenomenon of scientific theft is detrimental to the reputation of the university family in general and to the University's reputation in particular. Everyone must be sensitized and sensitized to reduce it. In this regard, Ministerial Decree No. 933 of 28/07/2016 was issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research setting out the rules on the prevention and control of scientific theft as the appropriate framework for combating this phenomenon. La prise en charge de l'université et des centres de recherches des missions d'enseignement et de recherche du savoir, passe nécessairement par le respect des valeurs éthiques, qui sont l'intégrité et la rigueur scientifique. Or aujourd'hui l'université, en plus des problèmes quotidiens auxquels elle fait face, se trouve confronté au plagiat. Le plagiat qui reste tout de même limité, mais sa recrudescence et son utilisation par les enseignants, les enseignants- chercheurs et les chercheurs, ainsi que par les étudiants notamment doctorants, des différentes spécialités scientifiques risque de saper les fondements de l'enseignement et de la recherche. Le développement de l'internet a facilité énormément la recherche et l'utilisation des données, mais il a également facilité le copier-coller et la reproduction illégale des données sans autorisations préalables de la part des auteurs originaux, ce qui représente une atteinte aux droits d'auteurs. Au vu des effets négatifs du plagiat sur l'enseignement et sur la recherche scientifique, la situation impose à l'ensemble des membres de la communauté universitaire et des chercheurs une mobilisation pour faire face à la montée de ce fléau qui risque de porter atteinte à l'intégrité scientifique

Scientific plagiarism is considered one of the unethical phenomena widespread in the university milieu, which in turn negatively affects the entire higher education system because of its role in declining the status and reputation of the university and the credibility of its staff of students and professors, and on this basis this paper aims to identify forms of scientific plagiarism In which the doctoral students fall, and the level of their awareness of the mechanisms of protection from scientific plagiarism, and we relied on the descriptive approach in that, and we also used the questionnaire tool to collect data from the study sample. In which doctoral students fall, and that lack of knowledge of the laws of scientific plagiarism is the most common cause. On the other hand, the integration between legal methods and technical methods (software for detecting plagiarism) is the best solution that allows reducing the phenomenon of plagiarism in the university community.

In recent years, many phenomena related to scientific research have emerged, including scientific theft, i.e. plagiarism on the intellectual property of others. It is considered one of the negative phenomena that research institutions, especially university ones and scientific research centers suffer from. The community, where the aim of this study was the commitment of researchers to scientific honesty when transferring from these works by attributing the information to its original author and creator as the owner of the moral right over it, otherwise the researcher bears the responsibility for that, and spreading the culture of scientific and academic integrity among researchers while drawing their attention to the penalties imposed on them in The case of scientific theft, which has worsened in light of the knowledge and information explosion that we are currently witnessing, and the enactment of laws for that, as we used in this study the descriptive analytical approach، The most prominent result of the study is an immoral act based on stealing the efforts of other researchers, and the need to work to increase intellectual production while working on providing training courses for the advancement and development of academic writing while highlighting the importance of scientific integrity in the advancement of intellectual production. Notre contribution se veut une réflexion autour d’un phénomène très répondu dans le milieu universitaire à savoir le « plagiat». Notre intérêt porte essentiellement sur les types de plagiat employés par les étudiants dans les travaux scientifiques. Vu l’importance de la thématique abordée, nous nous contentons dans le présent travail de citer les types de plagiat . Ensuite, nous aborderons les causes et les conséquences de ce phénomène qui prend de l’ampleur . Enfin, nous proposons certaines mesures pour lutter contre le « copier-coller». Cependant, en amont à ces mesures coercitives, une formation rigoureuse à l’élaboration d’écrits devrait être mise en place à chaque niveau de la formation ayant pour objectif de former les étudiants à l’écrit scientifique en particulier et ce pour faire acquérir à ces dits étudiants des compétences discursives nécessaires à l’élaboration de leurs travaux écrits exigés dans leur parcours universitaire. Abstract: Our contribution is a reflection on a widespread phenomenon in the academic world, namely "plagiarism". Our main interest is in the types of plagiarism used by students in scientific work. Given the importance of the topic, we will limit ourselves in this work to citing the types of plagiarism. Then, we will discuss the causes and consequences of this growing phenomenon. Finally, we propose some measures to fight against "copy-pasting". However, prior to these coercive measures, rigorous training in writing should be put in place at each level of training with the aim of training students in scientific writing in particular and to enable them to acquire discursive skills necessary for the development of their written work required in their university career.

The current study aimed to search for the degree to which researchers possess scientific research ethics in preparing research by preserving intellectual rights and avoiding scientific theft (a field study on a sample of university education professors), based on the following questions: What is the degree of possessing researchers scientific research ethics in preparing Research to preserve intellectual rights and avoid scientific theft?Are there statistically significant differences in the degree of possessing researchers' scientific research ethics in preparing research by preserving intellectual rights and avoiding scientific theft? Are there statistically significant differences in the degree of researchers possessing scientific research ethics in preparing research by preserving intellectual rights and avoiding scientific theft due to the gender variable? Are there statistically significant differences in the degree of researchers possessing scientific research ethics in preparing research by preserving intellectual rights and avoiding scientific plagiarism due to the variable of specialization? During the academic year 2022/2023, the two researchers relied on the descriptive approach. The study was applied to a sample of university education professors. The research tools consisted of a questionnaire about the researchers’ possession of scientific research ethics in preparing research. As for the statistical treatment, it was done using Pearson’s correlation coefficient and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient., and the "T" test, and one-way variance, the results showed that the degree of researchers' possession of scientific research ethics in preparing research by preserving intellectual rights and avoiding scientific theft was high, and the results of the study indicated that there were statistically significant differences in the degree of researchers' possession of scientific research ethics inPreparing research by preserving intellectual rights and avoiding scientific theft, and the presence of statistically significant differences in the degree of possession of scientific research ethics by researchers in preparing research by preserving intellectual rights and avoiding scientific theft due to the gender variable. The results of the study concluded that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of possession Researchers The ethics of scientific research in preparing research by preserving intellectual rights and avoiding scientific theft is attributed to the variable of specialization.

Scientific research in various sciences is the basis of university studies. It is characterized in a structured manner by a specific scientific methodology for the collection and analysis of information. It aims to verify the validity, modification and addition of information, thereby arriving at laws and theories, predicting the occurrence of phenomena and controlling their basis. In order to achieve this goal, scientific research must conform to the Scientific Secretariat's criteria, which are the basis for the construction of authentic research. If these standards are not respected, they can lead to a violation of intellectual property rights, which has a negative impact on scientific research. However, students and researchers may violate these standards of scientific honesty either intentionally or unintentionally as a result of their misunderstanding of the idea of scientific research and the application of the right standards. One of the most serious violations of scientific research can be scientific or intellectual theft, which is that a person attributes to himself ideas, opinions or expressions of another person without attributing them to that person, thus posing a real threat to scientific research and the scientific community at large. The prevalence of this phenomenon in Algerian universities has led to the development of modern ways of reducing it. These include the use of technological and digital development and the introduction of a new electronic documentation system, known as the National Internet Documentation System. Since this system relies on modern techniques to secure and document scientific research, it poses a challenge to its effectiveness in reducing scientific theft.
