    تعتبر الحوكمة الجامعية من أهم المقاربات الحديثة التي اتبعتها مؤسسات التعليم العالي حاليا، في ظل تزايد التحديات المعاصرة، وتعقد وديناميكية البيئة المحيطة بالجامعات المعاصرة، ووفقا لإيجابيات تطبيقها فقد حققت نتائج فعالة على مستوى المخرجات التعليمية، مضاهية بذلك كبرى المؤسسات الاقتصادية، التي تتميز بجودة خدماتها، ووفق لذلك تتجلى أهمية هذه الدراسة التي تهدف إلى الكشف عن طبيعة الحوكمة الجامعية كمقاربة حديثة، وكيفية تطبيقها، ومميزاتها بعد التطرق لأهم التجارب العالمية والعربية لها. Abstract: The university governance of the most modern approaches followed by institutions of higher education, in the light of contemporary challenges, the complexity of the dynamic environment surrounding contemporary universities, in accordance with the positives of applied had achieved effective results on the level of the educational output, matching the major economic institutions, which features the quality of its services, approved that reflected the importance of this study to reveal the nature of the university governance كمقاربة modern, and how to apply, the traits after addressing the most important global experiences and Arabic.
