Abstract

تعتبر الحوكمة الجامعية من أهم المقاربات الحديثة التي اتبعتها مؤسسات التعليم العالي حاليا، في ظل تزايد التحديات المعاصرة، وتعقد وديناميكية البيئة المحيطة بالجامعات المعاصرة، ووفقا لإيجابيات تطبيقها فقد حققت نتائج فعالة على مستوى المخرجات التعليمية، مضاهية بذلك كبرى المؤسسات الاقتصادية، التي تتميز بجودة خدماتها، ووفق لذلك تتجلى أهمية هذه الدراسة التي تهدف إلى الكشف عن طبيعة الحوكمة الجامعية كمقاربة حديثة، وكيفية تطبيقها، ومميزاتها بعد التطرق لأهم التجارب العالمية والعربية لها.
