Item الدور الوسيط لنظم المعلومات على أثر الشفافية الإدارية في الولاء التنظيمي لدى العاملين: دراسة تطبيقية في مؤسسة ميناء عنابة(جامعة الوادي University of Eloued, 2024-06-30) عزوز نورالدينThe study aimed to identify the mediating role of information systems on the impact of administrative transparency on organizational loyalty among employees of the Annaba Port Corporation. Where we conducted a study on a sample of 268 individuals, which were selected in a stratified random way. In our studies, we employed the descriptive approach, and we used the questionnaire tool, which was designed based on previous studies. We also relied on (SPSS V. 25) and (Amos V. 26) programs to analyze the questionnaire data. The results of the study showed that there is a high level of the variables of administrative transparency, information systems and organizational loyalty. And the existence of a statistically significant effect of administrative transparency on organizational loyalty in light of the presence of information systems as a mediating variable for the employees of the Annaba Port Corporation.
