تكنولوجيا المعلومات وتطبيقاتها في المكتبات الجامعية

تعتبر المكتبة الجامعية مؤسسة أكاديمية تسعى لتوفير الحاجات المعلوماتية لفئة المستفيدين طلبة أساتذة باحثين. لاسيما في ظل التطور السريع والمستمر من انتاج التقنيات الحديثة وسرعة نقل المعلومة حيث بات من الضروري مواكبة هذه التغيرات لتقليص الفجوة مع المجتمعات الاخرى .حيث تبرز هذه الفجوة في مدى امتلاك المعلومات التي تعد مؤشر حقيقي لقيام تقدم الامم، كما تساهم المعلومات في نمو وتقدم الدول. و من جانب أخر فتكنولوجيا المعلومات تهدف إلى جمع المعلومات وتخزينها واسترجاعها وتناقلها وتستعرض هذه الدراسة ونتسأل عن أهمية ومهام المكتبات الجامعية وما مدى التغيرات التي أحدثتها تكنولوجيا المعلومات بالمكتبات الجامعية. حيث أصبح لتكنولوجيا المعلومات أهمية بالغة في توفير الخدمات المعلوماتية. نظرا لما تملكه من إمكانات وما توفره من رفع لفواصل بين المجتمعات .Abstract: The University Library is an academic institution that seeks to provide information needs for the beneficiaries' category. Especially with the rapid and continuous development of the production of modern technologies and the rapid transmission of information, it is necessary to keep pace with these changes to reduce the gap with other societies. This gap is highlighted in the extent of possession of information, which is a real indicator of the progress of the nations, where information contributes to the growth and progress of countries. On the other hand, IT aims to collect, store, retrieve and transmit information. We review this study and ask about the importance and functions of university libraries and the extent of the changes made by IT in university libraries. يتناول المقال موضوع أصول اللغة العربية ويبحث في حيثيات ارتباطها بتاريخ الحيرة،خاصة في جانبه المادي والمتعلّق أساسًا بالشاهد الأثري الذي يؤرّخ لملك الحيرة إمرىء القيس البدء(الأول )(288-328) وأهمّية المعلومات التي جاء بها الأثر،وبيت القصيد في المقال البحث في لغة هذا الأثر وبالتحديد الخط الذي رسمت به تلك المعلومات التاريخية المهمّة،ذلك الأثر المادّي هو نقش النَّمارة . وتكمن أهمية نقش النَّمارة في كونه أقدم كتابة عربية وصلتنا،وبالتوفيق بين ما جاءت به روايات الإخباريين والمؤرخين حول الخط العربي ومن أين تعلّم العرب الخط وهذا الأثر المادي المهمّ يمكننا الوصول إلى تأكيد أن أصل الخط العربي مستمدّ من مدارس ومعلّمي الحيرة . The article deals with the subject of Arabic language origins, it also seeks for the reasons for its historical association with Al-Hirah, especially in its concrete aspect, which is the archaeological artifact that chronicles Al-Hirah’s king Imru' al-Qays (288-328).In addition to that, the importance of those pieces of information provided by that archeological evidence. and the whole point in the article is the search of the artifact language , specifically the script that was used to record those important historical pieces of information ,this artifact is The Namara inscription. The historical importance of this artifact lies in the fact that it came in the oldest Arabic script that we didn’t ever witness before. According to what stories informants and historians provided about the origin of the Arabic calligraphy, where the Arabs learned writing and what was discovered on this artifact we can deduce the confirmation that the origin of the Arabic calligraphy is taken from the schools and teachers of Al-Hirah.

Les entreprises publiques algériennes ont subi plusieurs réformes économiques et réaménagements politiques qui ont transformés par le temps et la dynamique du champ social la culture ouvrière à travers le droit social de travail et les définitions exactes des postes d’emploi. Cela, a permis l’apparition de la notion du "cadre moyen citoyen" dans l’entreprise publique algérienne. A ce niveau de raisonnement, la citoyenneté organisationnelle apparait comme un outil d’intégration au travail et un résultat logique du processus de formation institutionnelle des cadres moyens à SONATRACH, encore plus, la citoyenneté au travail à SONATRACH ; est un processus biographique, structurel, culturel et professionnel.

معالم النقد الفقهي عند الإمام اللخمي من خلال كتابه التبصرة

إن خروج الإمام اللخمي عن المذهب ومخالفته للمشهور فيه ليس صنيعا أنفرد به، بل سبقه الكثير إلى ذلك ممن تحرروا من قيود التقليد، وخرجوا إلى فضاء النظر والاستدلال، فتبنوا آراء واختيارات فقهية مخالفة لمشهور المذهب، أو أن يعتمد قولا شاذا ويراه مشهورا حتى وإن خالف ذلك رأي الإمام مالك نفسه، مما عرضه لانتقادات لاذعة حتى ضرب به المثل في تميع المذهب وتمزقه وذلك من محبي التقليد والتعصب. الأمام اللخمي لا ينتقد الأقوال ويعارضها بدعوى الهوى إنما أتخذ منهجا نقديا خاصا متكاملا يعتمد على الكتاب والسنة والأجماع والقياس وكذلك الأدلة التي انفرد بها المالكية كسد الذرائع وعمل أهل المدينة وغيرها، وهذا يدل على تمكنه من العلم وحصوله على رتبة المجتهد المقيد، وكان أثر ذلك واضحا على من جاء بعده، وصنيعه هذا اعتبره البعض إثراء للتراث الفقهي المالكي. Abstract: Imam al-Lakhmi’s departure from the sect and his opposition to the well-known sect in it is not a favour alone. Rather, he was preceded by many of those who were freed from the shackles of taqlid, and went out into the space of consideration and inference, and adopted opinions and jurisprudential choices contrary to the well-known madhhab, or that he adopts an odd saying and sees it well-known even if it contradicts that. The opinion of Imam Malik himself, which exposed him to harsh criticism until he set an example in diluting and rupturing the doctrine, and that is a fan of tradition and fanaticism. Imam Al-Lakhmi does not criticize the sayings and oppose them on the pretext of whims, but he has taken a special and integrated critical approach that relies on the Book, the Sunnah, consensus and analogy, as well as the evidence that the Malikis were unique in blocking the pretexts and the work of the people of Medina and others, and this indicates his mastery of knowledge and his obtaining the rank of the restricted mujtahid, and the effect of that was clear on Those who came after him, and his deeds, considered this by some as an enrichment of the Maliki jurisprudential heritage.
المحكمة الدستورية والرقابة التعاهدية في الجزائر

: الرقابة على مدى توافق القوانين والتنظيمات مع المعاهدات: الرقابة التعاهدية تتضمنها المادة 190 فقرة 4 من التعديل الدستوري لعام 2020، مهمة جديدة خص بها المحكمة الدستورية التي عوضت المجلس الدستوري، هذا الأخير كان يمارسها مع القضاء دون سند دستوري . يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على دورالمحكمة الدستورية في الرقابة التعاهدية : مدلولها، مجالها وإجراءاتها وآثارها للوقوف على المعوقات التي تواجهها في ظل وجود منافس قوي وهو القضاء مما يثير إشكالات عديدة خاصة عند الاختلاف في التفسير بينهما مع عدم ضبط المؤسس الدستوري للقواعد الخاصةبها. الرقابة التعاهدية رقابة جوازية، مقيدة مجالا وزمانا فتقتصر على القوانين قبل إصدارها والتنظيمات بعد شهر من نشرها وإلا تصبح محصنة حتى ولو تعارضت مع المعاهدات المصادق عليها، هي أيضا رقابة تعتمد على آلية التحريك وما يعتريعا من معوقات عملية في الوقت الذي يمكن فيه للقضاء أن يصدر أحكاما بناء على رقابة تعاهدية مارسها و تصبح نهائية ثم تصدر المحكمة الدستورية قرارا مخالفا لتفسير القاضي.

ايديولوجيا الأدب الجزائري المكتوب بالفرنسية فضل اللَّيل على النَّهار لياسمينة خضرا نموذجا

ملخص: ظلت الِّرواية الجزائرية المكتوبة بالفرنسية ولازَالت تفرض نفسها، من خلال اعتمادها التشكيل الفني، والبناء اللغوي، وتحريك الشخصيات ضمن إطار زماني وفضاء مكاني محكم، وهَيْمَنَت الايديولوجيا عليها، فجاءت مشحونة بِهَا، وعَبَّرَتْ شخصياتها عن رسائل إيديولوجية من خلال الإبداع الروائيّ وجَسَّدَتْهُ من حيْثُ الأدوار المنوطة بها، وهذا ما اضْفَي عَلَيْهَا بُعْدًا جَمَالِيًا وَاخر فَنيًّا في اَن، فالنصّ الرِّوائي الجزائري المكتوب بالفرنسية من أكثر النّصوص الأدبية استحضارا للقضايا الاجتماعية ومظاهرها، والمراحل التاريخية ومعالمها، والأنساق الإيديولوجية وفلسفتها، حيث تتضمن هذه النصوص السَّرْدِية في طيّاتها أسّسا فكرية إيديولوجية تُقَدَّمُ للقارئ وفق رسالة فكرية أدبية راقية في بنائها الفَنيّ، وهذا ما ضمن لها الانتشار والمقروئية وتلقيًا لفترة زمنية أطول، وخلقت المتعة والتَّميُّز عن باقي الاجناس، ولا أدلّ من ذلك أنها تنافس في المجال الأدبي وبقوة، وهي محلّ الدراسات والأبحاث الأكاديمية، وموضوع خصب للرسائل والأطروحات الجامعية محليًا وعالميًا إلى يومنا هذا. الكلمات المفتاحية: الايديولوجيا؛ الهَيْمَنَة الايديولوجية؛ الشُّحْنَة الايديولوجية؛ الأَنْسَاق الايديولوجية؛ الرَّسَائل الفكرية؛ الأُسُس الفِكْرِيَة. Abstract: The Algerian novel, written in French, remained and still imposes itself, through its adoption of artistic formation, linguistic construction, and movement of characters within a tight temporal and spatial framework. This is what gave it an aesthetic and artistic dimension, as the Algerian novelist text written in French is one of the most literary texts that evoke social issues and their manifestations, historical stages and landmarks, ideological patterns and philosophy, These narrative texts include in their folds intellectual and ideological foundations that are presented to the reader according to a sophisticated literary intellectual message in their artistic construction. Efl Teachers’ Practices Of Blended Writing Instruction

This exploratory case study aims at investigating teachers’ practices under Blended Writing Instruction in terms of the Blended Model adopted, teachers’ instructional process, their role, and their assessment practices in the department of English, in Algiers 2 university. The findings revealed that teachers follow a Rotational Blended Model based on flipped classroom where major instruction is firstly delivered online followed by classroom practice. Teachers’ role is mainly based on preparing materials and assignments to be posted on the platform, and guiding students practice onsite. Assessment is based on assigning online and onsite practice to improve students’ writing. The results of this study are meant to guide authorities to identify the gaps and set effective regulations as far as Blended Writing Instruction is concerned.
فعالية برنامج علاجي معرفي سلوكي في خفض السلوك العدواني لدى الطفل المتمدرس بين 6-12سنة

هدفت الدراسة إلى بناء برنامج علاجي معرفي سلوكي واستكشاف فاعليته وأثره الإيجابي في خفض السلوك العدواني عند الطفل المتمدرس بين 6-12سنة. اعتمد الباحثان على المنهج العيادي الذي يقوم على دراسة الحالة، وتم إجراء دراسة ميدانية باستخدام تقنيتي الملاحظة والمقابلة العياديتين مع تصميم مقياسين للسلوك العدواني متجهين للمعلمين وأمهات الأطفال العدوانيين ليتم بعدها تطبيق البرنامج العلاجي على 8 حالات. وتم التوصل إلى أن البرنامج العلاجي المقترح له أثر إيجابي في خفض السلوك العدواني لدى الطفل المتمدرس الذي يتراوح عمره ما بين 6-12سنة. The study aimed to develop a behavioral cognitive therapeutic program and explore its effectiveness and its positive and continuing impact in reducing aggressive behavior in a child aged 6 to12. The researchers relied on the clinical approach that is based on a case study. A field study was conducted using clinical observation and interview techniques, and designing two scales of aggressive behavior for teachers and mothers of aggressive children to then apply the therapeutic program to 8 cases. It was found that the proposed therapeutic program had a positive and continuing impact on reducing the aggressive behavior of a child aged 6 to12.

لقي موضوع السيرة النبوية اهتماما كبيرا من قبل الدراسات الاستشراقية، فتعددت جوانب معالجتها؛ كما تنوعت أفكار المستشرقين بين التعصب والاعتدال، بل إن أغلبهم طغت عليه النزعة الصليبية القادحة في الاسلام ككل؛ وفي النبي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم على وجه الخصوص، ومن بين هؤلاء المستشرقين البريطاني (مونتغمري وات) الذي بنى أفكاره وكل دراساته حول السيرة النبوية على الشك كعقيدة ثابتة؛ في معالجته لكل ما تعلق بحياة النبي عليه الصلاة والسلام، حتى وإن ادعى الحيادية والموضوعية تحت غطاء التحليل النفسي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي للوقائع التاريخية. The subject of the Prophet’s biography has received great attention from oriental studies, so there are many aspects of its treatment. The ideas of the Orientalists also varied between fanaticism and moderation. Indeed, most of them were overshadowed by the blasphemous Crusader tendency in Islam as a whole. And in the Prophet Muhammad -peace and blessings be upon him- in particular, and among these British orientalists (Montgomery Watt), who based his ideas and all his studies on the Prophet’s biography on skepticism as a fixed belief; In his treatment of everything related to the life of the Prophet -peace and blessings be upon him-, even if he claims impartiality and objectivity under the cover of psychological, social and economic analysis of historical facts.
اليقظة الاستراتيجية ودورها في حماية سمعة المؤسسات (دراسة تحليلية)

هدفت الدراسة للبحث في كيفية إسهام اليقظة الاستراتيجية في إدارة وحماية سمعة المؤسسة، والبحث في كيفية تبني المؤسسات بمختلف أشكالها لأنظمة اليقظة الاستراتيجية، كذلك البحث في مدى فعالية أنظمة اليقظة الاستراتيجية في حماية سمعة المؤسسات من الأخطار والأزمات المختلفة التي تهدد استقرارها ومكانتها السوقية وكذا تنافسيتها في مجال أعمالها، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي كونه المنهج المناسب لهكذا دراسات، خرجنا في نهاية الدراسة بمجموعة من النتائج من أهمها، أن نظام اليقظة الاستراتيجية يعتبر ضرورة حتمية في المؤسسات من أجل حماية سمعتها وإدارتها، كما أن تبني اليقظة الاستراتيجية يعمل على التنبؤ وحماية المؤسسة من الأزمات المفاجئة التي تهدد سمعتها. The purpose of the study is to examine how strategic vigilance contributes to the management and protection of the reputation of an enterprise, and how institutions in all their forms adopt strategic vigilance systems, as well as the effectiveness of strategic vigilance systems in protecting the reputation of institutions from different threats and crises, which threatens its stability and market status as well as its competitiveness in its business, We came up with a set of results, the most important of which is, Strategic vigilance is an imperative in institutions to protect their reputation and management, The adoption of strategic vigilance also serves to predict and protect the institution from sudden crises that threaten its reputation.
سيميائية العتبات النصية في شعر بغداد سايح سمفونية جرح بارد أنموذجا

تعد العتبات النّصية نصوصا موازية لا تقل أهمية عن النّص المتن، لذلك أصبحت موضوع الاهتمام من قبل المبدعين والنّقاد على حد سواء لما تتميز به من قدرة على إنارة النّص الأدبي وتكريس أدبيته، أو تحقيق الإثارة وشدّ اهتمام المتلقي. ونحاول في هذا المقال رصد أهم العتبات النّصية في شعر بغداد سايح من خلال دراسة مجموعته الشّعرية سمفونية جرح بارد، وقد اتكأت مقاربتنا هذه على ما يتيحه لنا المنهج السّيميائي من إجراءات نراها مناسبة لرصد الدّلالات القريبة والبعيدة لهذه العتبات. Abstract: The Paratext are parallel texts that are no less important than the body text, so they have become the subject of interest by writers and critics alike due to their ability to clarify the literary text and show its literariness, or to achieve excitement and attract the reader's interest. We try in this article to monitor the most important Paratext in the poetry of Baghdad Sayeh through the study of his poetry group Symphoniyat Jorh Barid. Our approach is based on what the semiotic approach provides us with procedures that we consider appropriate to monitor semantics of these Paratext.

الإشارات النفسية والتربوية لآيات القرآن الكريم: نظرة في القرن العاشر الهجري

هدف البحث إلى الإجتهاد في تبييّن الرؤى والسبل النفسية والتربوية للآيات القرآنية قيد البحث والتي تعمل على الرقي بالنفس الإنسانية إلى درجات الكمال الإنساني إيماناً وهداية وتعبداً وخشيةً، وذلك من خلال المنهج التفسيري عند ابن كمال باشا، ضمن الحقبة الزمنية التي عاش فيها،(بعد ترجمته)،والذي سنشير إلى ملامحه التفسيرية، والعوامل التي ساهمت في البنية الثقافية لابن كمال، الأمر الذي دفع به إلى التأويل، ثم عرض الرؤى النفسية والتربوية من خلال ما تبدى لنا عقب تأويل الآيات المنتخبة للبحث كتبيين إشارة تهذيبية تربوية للنفس حيث تبين في الإنجاز الموجز قصد البحث في بيان أن الآيات القرآنية جاءت تخاطب قوى النفس الخفية وأن القرآن الكريم جميعه هداية وتربية نفسية راقية تشمل جميع حياة المؤمن في معاشه ومعاده، حتى وإن لم يأتي ذكر النفس أو التربية في مضامين الآيات، ولاكن في معناها محادثة للنفس وتقويماً لها ورقياً بها لمكارم الأخلاق، وكذا تبين أن في القرن العاشرالهجري رؤى تربوية نفسانية خلال آيات الثقل الأكبر وأن لابن كمال باشا أحد علماء ذاك العهد مساهمته العلمية العرفانية في مجالات العلوم، وبالأخص التربوية والنفسية.
