    جودة حياة العمل لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية

    تهدف الدراسة الحالية للكشف عن مستوى جودة حياة العمل لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (295) عون تدخل، بنسبة (100%) ذكور، حيث بلغ متوسط السن لديهم (35.83) سنة وبانحراف معياري قدر بـ (07.45)، تم اختيارهم بطريقة مقصودة، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة مقياس العوامل الحاكمة لجودة حياة العمل المعد من قبل المغربي (2004)، وبعد جمع البيانات وتفريغها ومعالجتها توصلت النتائج إلى أنّ المستوى الغالب هو مستوى جودة حياة العمل المرتفع لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية.Abstract: The aim of this present study is to reveal the level of quality of work life of civil protection agents. The sample consisted of (295) interventionists, a percentage of (100%) males, where their average age (35.83) years and with a standard deviation of about (07.45) years, were chosen in a deliberate manner. To achieve the research objectives we adopted the descriptive method. To achieve the aim of this study the researcher used the factors governing the quality of work life scale. After collecting, unloading and processing the data, the results were as follows: The prevailing standard is the high quality of work life of civil protection agents.

    تقييم المهارات التواصلية لدى أمهات الأطفال ذوي اضطراب التوحد في مدينة الخليل- فلسطين

    ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم المهارات التواصلية لدى أمهات الأطفال ذوي اضطراب التوحد في مدينة الخليل باستخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت العينة من (103) أم، وأشارت النتائج أن مستوى المهارات التواصلية لدى الأمهات جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وأن التواصل الاجتماعي في المركز الأول، وفي المركز الثاني التعامل مع السلوكيات المضطربة، والمركز الثالث التواصل اللفظي، يليه التواصل غير اللفظي. وإلى وجود فروق في متوسطات المهارات التواصلية لدى الأمهات يُعزى لمتغير عمر الأم، لصالح ذوي الأعمار (30-40 سنة). ووجود فروق تعزى لمتغير مستوى تعليم الأم، وكانت الفروق بين ذوي المستوى التعليمي أساسي (ثانوي) من جهة وبين ذوي المستوى التعليمي جامعي ( الصالح ذوي التعليم الجامعي، وأن هناك فروق بين ذوي المستوى التعليمي أساسي من جهة وبين ذوي المستوى التعليمي ثانوي لصالح ذوي التعليم الثانوي. وعدم وجود فروق، تعزى لمتغير عمر الطفل ذوي اضطراب التوحد ووجود فروق, تعزى لمتغير الوضع الاقتصادي للأسرة، وكانت الفروق لصالح ذوي الوضع الاقتصادي المتوسط.Abstract: The study aimed to evaluate the communication skills of mothers of children with autism disorder in Hebron, using the descriptive approach. The sample consisted of (103) mothers. The results indicated that the level of communication skills among mothers was moderate, and social communication was in first place, followed by interaction with disturbed behaviors, verbal communication in the third place followed by non-verbal communication. There are differences in communication skills, due to the mother's age variable, in favor of ages (30-40 years) and differences due to the variable of the mother's education level, between education (basic, secondary and university) in favor of university education and secondary There were no differences due to the variable age of the autistic child. The difference attributed to the economic situation, in favor of the average economic situation.

    تعريب وتقنين مقياس مؤشر الكفاءة السلوكية لإدارة الصحة النفسية في بيئة العمل ل:ياركر وآخرون (2008) على البيئة الجزائرية

    Abstract: this article aims to present the steps that researches went through in arabizing the behavioral competency index tool for managing psychological health in the work environment by: Yarker et al (2008) in the Algerian environment to measure the behavioral competency of those directly responsible for managing psychological health among their employees. To achieve this purpose, scientific steps were followed, and the necessary methodology for this. This was done by translating it from English to Arabic and applying it in its initial from, consisting of (66) items distributed over 4 main dimensions, on a sample of (340) primary school principals in the state of El-Oued, who were randomly selected, and its psychometric properties were confirmed after the translation process. The results of the standardization showed acceptable indicators indicating the validity of the scale to measure what it was designed to do. يهدف هذا المقال إلى عرض الخطوات التي مر بها الباحثين في تعريب مقياس مؤشر الكفاءة السلوكية لإدارة الصحة النفسية في بيئة العمل لـ: Yarkerوآخرون (2008) على البيئة الجزائرية لقياس الكفاءة السلوكية لدى المسؤولين المباشرين لإدارة الصحة النفسية لدى موظفيهم، ولتحقيق هذا الغرض تم إتباع الخطوات العلمية والمنهجية اللازمة لذلك. وذلك بترجمته من اللغة الإنجليزية إلى اللغة العربية وتطبيقه في صورته الأولية مكونا من (66) بندا موزعة على 4 أبعاد رئيسية، على عينة قدرها (340) من مديري المدارس الابتدائية بولاية الوادي، تم اختيارهم عشوائيا و تم التأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية بعد عملية الترجمة، أظهرت نتائج التقنين مؤشرات مقبولة ودالة على صلاحية المقياس لقياس ما وضع لأجله.

    الأفكار اللاعقلانية لدى السائقين

    هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف على مستوى الأفكار اللاعقلانية لدى السائقين، مع التعرف على الفروق الفردية حسب متغیرات الخبرة، السن والمستوى التعلیمي، وبالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي وبتطبيق مقیاس الأفكار اللاعقلانية لسليمان الريحاني (1985) على عینة قوامها (123) سائق اختيروا بطريقة عرضية، وبعد التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس؛ أسفرت المعالجة الإحصائية عن النتائج الآتية: - وجود مستوى متوسط قريب جدا من المرتفع للأفكار اللاعقلانية لدى السائقين. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الأفكار اللاعقلانية لدى السائقين تعزى لمتغير الخبرة. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الأفكار اللاعقلانية لدى السائقين تعزى لمتغير المستوى التعليمي. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الأفكار اللاعقلانية لدى السائقين تعزى لمتغير السن. Abstract: The current study aimed to reveal the level of irrational thoughts among drivers, with the identification of individual differences according to the variables of experience, age and educational level, and by relying on the descriptive approach and by applying the scale of irrational thoughts of Suleiman Al-Raihani (1985) on a sample of (123) drivers who were selected randomly, and after confirming the psychometric properties of the scale; the statistical treatment resulted in the following results:- The presence of an average level very close to high for irrational thoughts among drivers. - There are no statistically significant differences in irrational thoughts among drivers attributed to the variable of experience. - There are no statistically significant differences in irrational thoughts among drivers attributed to the variable of educational level. - There are no statistically significant differences in irrational thoughts among drivers attributed to the variable of age.

    التكوين البيداغوجي ودوره في تنمية المهارات التدريسية لدى الأساتذة حديثي التوظيف

    هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التكوين البيداغوجي في تنمية المهارات التدريسية لدى الأساتذة حديثي التوظيف في قطاع التعليم العالي، بعد خضوعهم للبرنامج التكويني البيداغوجي المقرر من طرف وزارة التعليم العالي، وهذا البرنامج يخضع له الأساتذة باختلاف مؤهلهم العلمي (ماجستير، دكتوراه LMD، دكتوراه علوم)، وتم استخدام الاستبيان لجمع المعلومات، هذا الأخير مكون من (27) بندا موزعة على ثلاثة أبعاد هي: المهارات المعرفية، مهارات الإنجاز، والمهارات الانفعالية. أما عينة الدراسة فكانت (184) أستاذا وأستاذة وُظِفوا في السنة الجامعية 2023/2024، كلهم يخضعون للتكوين الحضوري بمكان التنصيب والتكوين عن بعد بالمركز المتواجد على مستوى جامعة قسنطينة 1 الإخوة منتوري؛ وبعد تحليل النتائج إحصائيا توصلنا إلى ما يلي: يمتلك الأستاذ حديث التوظيف مهارات تدريسية مرتفعة، لا توجد فروق في المهارات التدريسية لدى الأساتذة حديثي التوظيف تبعا لمتغير الجنس، لا توجد فروق في المهارات التدريسية لدى الأساتذة حديثي التوظيف تبعا لمتغير العمر، لا توجد فروق في المهارات التدريسية لدى الأساتذة حديثي التوظيف تبعا لمتغير الشهادة المتحصل عليها. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the role of pedagogical formation in developing teaching skills among assistant professors in the higher education sector, after undergoing the pedagogical formation program set by the Ministry of Higher Education, This program is followed by professors regardless of their academic qualifications (Master's, LMD Doctorate, PhD), and a questionnaire was used to collect information. The latter consists of (27) items distributed over three dimensions: cognitive skills, achievement skills, and emotional skills. The study sample was (184) male and female professors who were hired in the academic year 2023/2024, all of whom undergo in-person formation at the place of installation and remote formation at the center located at the University of Constantine 1, the Mentouri brothers; After statistically analyzing the results, we reached the following: The assistant professors has high teaching skills. There are no differences in teaching skills among assistant professors professors according to the gender variable. There are no differences in teaching skills among assistant professors professors according to the age variable. There are no differences in teaching skills among assistant professors professors according to the variable of the obtained certificate.

    تقويم جودة الامتحان الالكتروني لرخصة مزاولة مهنة التدريس

    ملخص: هدفت الدّراسة إلى تقويم جودة الامتحان الالكتروني لرخصة مزاولة مهنة التدريس الذي أقامه مجلس المهن التربوية والتعليمية بمحلية شرق الجزيرة بالسودان في نوفمبر2022م، تم إجراء الدّراسة في كلية التربية جامعة البُطانة العام الدّراسي (2022-2023م)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدّراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفيّ التّحليليّ، من خلال أداة الاستبانة، وتكونت عينة الدّراسة من عدد (131) من الجالسين لامتحان مزاولة مهنة التدريس، وهم يشكلون نسبة حوالي (11%) من مجتمع الدّراسة، تم اختيارهم بالطّريقة العشوائيّة البسيطة، ولمعالجة البيانات إحصائياً تم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائّية للعّلوم الاجتماعيّة (SPSS)، أهم نتائج الدراسة: التجهيزات للامتحان الالكتروني لرخصة مزاولة مهنة التدريس تحققت بدرجة عالية بوسط حسابي بلغ(2.76%).تحققت مميزات الامتحان الالكتروني لرخصة مزاولة مهنة التدريس بدرجة عالية. بوسط حسابي بلغ (2.49%). توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط تقديرات المفحوصين حول جودة الامتحان الالكتروني لرخصة مزاولة مهنة التدريس لصالح الإناث. وأوصت الدراسة بـ: مراعاة شمولية الامتحان لكل جوانب التعلم (التربوية والمادة المتخصصة)، ضرورة اختيار التوقيت المناسب لعقد الامتحان. Abstract The study aimed to evaluate the quality of the electronic exam for the teaching profession license conducted by the Council of Educational and Teaching Professions in East Gezira locality, Sudan, in November 2022. The study was conducted at the Faculty of Education, University of Al-Butana, during the academic year (2022-2023). To achieve the study's objectives, the descriptive-analytical method was used through a questionnaire as the study tool. The study sample consisted of 131 individuals who sat for the teaching profession license exam, representing approximately 11% of the study population. They were selected using the simple random sampling method. For statistical data processing, the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used. Key Findings of the StudyThe preparations for the electronic exam for the teaching profession license were highly achieved with a mean score of 2.76. The advantages of the electronic exam for the teaching profession license were highly achieved with a mean score of 2.49. There are statistically significant differences in the average ratings of the examinees regarding the quality of the electronic exam for the teaching profession license in favor of females. The Study Recommended: Considering the comprehensiveness of the exam for all aspects of learning (educational and specialized subjects). Ensuring the appropriate timing for holding the exam

    السلوك التكيفي الاجتماعي عند الأطفال المصابين بالتوحد

    ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على مستويات السلوك التكيفي الاجتماعي, لدى فئة من الأطفال المصابين بالتوحد المتواجدين بجمعية الامل بتلمسان, كما تهدف أيضا الى التعرف على توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في مستوى السلوك التكيفي الاجتماعي بين افراد العينة تعزى الى كلا من المتغيرين: الجنس وشدة التوحد. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتلاؤمه مع طبيعة الدراسة , و ثم تطبيق سلم تقييم السلوك التكيفي الاجتماعي (لفيلاند) لديب زهراء (2018) التي قامت بتكييفه على البيئة الجزائرية, تم تطبيقه على عينة قوامها 30 طفل مصاب بالتوحد ، من بينهم (18 ذكور و 12 اناث )اختيروا بطريقة قصدية من (7 الى 12) سنة, وثم تفريغ النتائج عن طريق حساب المتوسطات الحسابية وانحراف المعياري ومعالجتها احصائيا بالاعتماد على البرنامج الاحصائي (spss) ,وثم التوصل الى النتائج التالية: - مستوى السلوك التكيفي الاجتماعي ضعيف نوعا ما عند الأطفال المصابين بالتوحد. - وجود فروق دالة احصائيا في مستوى السلوك التكيفي الاجتماعي تعزى الى متغير الجنس. - لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في مستوى السلوك التكيفي الاجتماعي تعزى الى متغير شدة التوحد. Abstract: This study aims to investigate the social adaptive behavior levels among a group of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) residing in Tlemcen, Algeria. Additionally, it aims to identify statistically significant differences in social adaptive behavior levels among individuals in the sample attributed to both gender and severity of ASD, To achieve these objectives, a descriptive-analytical approach was used, aligning with the nature of the study, The Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS) by Houari Sharif (2019) and the Social Adaptive Behavior Scale (SABS) by Dib zahra (2018) were adapted to the Algerian environment and applied to a sample of 30 children with ASD, consisting of 18 males and 12 females, aged 7-12 years. The results were analyzed using statistical software (SPSS); and the following findings were obtained: - The social adaptive behavior level was found to be relatively weak among children with ASD. - There were statistically significant differences in social adaptive behavior levels attributed to the gender variable. - There were no statistically significant differences in social adaptive behavior levels attributed to the severity of ASD variable

    دور الإخصائي القائد في مساعدة معلمي الصف الأول في إدارة انفعالاتهم من خلال ورش تدريبية في مدرسة نموذجية في دولة قطر

    يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي القائد في المدرسة في دعم المعلمين وبيان تأثير ورش التدريب على إدارة الانفعالات التي يقوم بها لمعلمي الصف الأول. ومعرفة مدى استفادة المعلمين من الورش في إدارة الانفعالات على الأداء وانعكاسه على التلاميذ، وذلك من خلال تطبيق المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم تطبيق الاختبار القبلي والبعدي على عينة مؤلفة من 5 مفردات تم اختيارهن بشكل قصدي من المعلمات في الصف الأول في مدرسة نموذجية قطرية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى إدارة الانفعالات لدى العينة قبل تطبيق الورشات جاء ضمن مجال متوسط إلى ضعيف هناك أثر إيجابي للورشات على إدارة الانفعالات لدى المعلمات، هناك حاجة لتفعيل دور الاخصائي القائد بشكل أكبر من وجهة نظر العينة. كما أوصت النتائج على تنظيم دورات حول إدارة الانفعالات واستراتيجياتها بشكل دوري للمعلمين وتفعيل دور الأخصائي القائد في مجال تدريب المعلمين في مجال إدارة الانفعالات وغيرها من المجالات التي تخص التعامل مع الطلبة. Abstract: This study aims to explore the impact of psychologist-led training workshops on emotion management among first grade teachers, The researcher used the experimental approach, where pre- and post-measures were applied to a selected sample of teachers. Data was collected using observation and interview tools, and analyzed to determine the level of emotion management before and after the workshops; The results showed that the teachers achieved a significant improvement in their emotion management skills, which led to an improved relationship with students and increased teaching effectiveness, The study also showed that training on emotion regulation strategies contributed to reducing the teachers' levels of stress and anger, These findings highlight the importance of developing teachers' emotional competencies through continuous training and professional support, which contributes to improving the overall educational environment.
