الشبكات الاجتماعية الالكترونية كفضاء لتشكيل الرأي العام

سنناقش في هذه الورقة البحثية إشكالية تتعلق بالشبكات الاجتماعية الالكترونية، كفضاء عام لتشكيل الرأي العام الالكتروني، وعلاقة هذا الأخير بإحداث التغيير الفعلي. وبداية نقول بأن الفضاء العام هو ضرورة لا بد منها للمجتمعات الحديثة، لأنه أداتها لإنتاج الحلول وللحصول على الشرعية ولضمان الحقوق ولتحديد الواجبات، فهو أساس لاستقرار المجتمع وتطوره...إلخ، ولضمان وجوده وفاعليته يجب أن تتوفر مساحات من الحرية، قلما نجدها في مجتمعات اليوم، التي تعاني من ضغط احتكار السلطة الحاكمة ورجال المال، والظروف الاستثنائية كالحروب ...إلخ للحريات الاعلامية ولمساحات التعبير المختلفة. وقد أوجدت التطورات التكنولوجية بدائل جعلت الكثير من الباحثين المتفائلين بها يعتقدون أنها كافية لأحداث التغيرات الواقعية المطلوبة، ومنها الشبكات الاجتماعية الإلكترونية التي اعتبرت فضاءات بديلة ديموقراطية ومفتوحة لتشكيل وتوجيه الرأي العام. وتناولنا في إطار ذلك الأسباب والعوامل التي تكاتفت وأدت لاستخدامها، وفصلنا في خصائصها، وأساليب تشكيلها للرأي العام الإلكتروني، وطرق تحريكه لأحداث التغير الواقعي الفعال. Abstract: In the below paper, we will discuss the problematic of Electronic social networks as a public space for an electronic public opinion and how it can give out a real change. At first let us agree that the public space is a necessity for modern societies because it's a tool to produce solutions, to have the legitimacy and to insure rights and duties, so it is a base for the process of development in a society. Its existence depends on spaces of expression's freedom which is not available in modern societies where the monopoly of the ruling power and businessman in the world control the media and the different expression's spaces in addition to other exceptional case as wars. Moreover the technology has created new choices that gave hope researchers who believe that these choices are enough to give out the needed changes. العنف في المؤسسات التربوية الجزائرية دراسة في البنية والحلول

برزت ظاهرة العنف في الوسط المدرسي بشكل كبير في جميع المستويات المدرسية ، ومتمثل في ممارسة أشكال العنف بأشكاله: العنف اللفظي والجسدي والرمزي ،مما يعيق وظيفة التعليم والتعلم ، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أسباب العنف في الوسط المدرسي وعلى موضوع الوقاية من حدته من خلال وضع أسس أو استراتجيات لتعزيز الجانب الوقائي بالمدارس وحماية التلميذ من هذه الآفة المدرسية ، والتي أصبحت محط اهتمام الأسرة التربوية بسبب انزعاجهم وخوفهم على أمن وسلامة أبنائهم ومحور اهتمام القائمين على العملية التربوية في الجزائر . Abstract: The phenomenon of violence in the school environment has emerged significantly at all school levels, and is represented in the practice of violence in all its forms: verbal, physical and symbolic violence, which hinders the function of teaching and learning. Foundations or strategies to enhance the preventive aspect in schools and protect the student from this school scourge, which has become the focus of the educational family's attention because of their annoyance and fear for the safety and security of their children and the focus of attention of those in charge of the educational process in Algeria.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة, دور المهن في الأحياء الهامشية في تحديد المكانة الاجتماعية للفرد المهني حيث تشير المكانة الاجتماعية على انها تلك المنزلة العالية والسمعة الحسنة التي يكتسبها الفرد في الحي الهامشي من خلال المهنة التي يشتغلها, ولقد شغلت المهن في الاحياء الهامشية والمكانة الاجتماعية الكثير من الباحثين في حقل العلوم الاجتماعية وخاصة في السنوات الاخيرة, ويرجع ذلك في الدور الذي يمكن أن تلعبة المهنة في تحديد مكانة الفرد الاجتماعية, فقد يكتسب الفرد مكانة اجتماعية في مؤسسة معينة, لكن تبقى المهنة في الحي الهامشي لها مكانة خاصة نتيجة للدور التي تلعبة في تحديد سلوك الافراد داخل الاحياء الهامشية. Cultural Diversity Between City And Village Students

There are currently increasing concerns about how teachers, delivering their courses in a blended learning setting, can enhance and customize the learning process by providing the courses in a way that bridges the cultural gap between students. It is noticeable that there are some cultural differences between students studying in cities and villages. This study identifies these differences and possible methods to bridge the diverse in theses cultural differences in order to enhance the learning to the benefit of students from both cultures. In addition, Bridging the cultural diversity in this study assumed as pre-requisite for enhanced blended learning settings, which gives the students a supporting space of opportunities to easily understand the course and interact. This study uses a focus group methodology investigating the perspectives of teachers, tutoring in blended learning setting. Specifically, the cultural differences between a student from Jerusalem city and Bethany village studying at one Palestinian University have been investigated.

لقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف موضوع القيم التنظيمية في الفكر الإداري وبعد تطوره وظهور طرق تسيرية مبتكرة جديدة في المجال السيوسيوتنظيمي، وما طرحه العديد من علماء الإدارة من تنظيرات في إثراء للحقول المعرفية، ومن خلال توضيح تطور الفكر الإداري والتعرض لمراحله المختلفة, وتباين القيم التي سادت في كل مرحلة من مراحله, وما تميزت به من اتجاهات نظرية عديدة لمعظم المفكرين الذين كان لهم دور بارز في فهم ودراسة التنظيمات, والاهتمام بموضوع القيم التي لها ارتباط وثيق بأبعادها التنظيمية والتسيرية وعلاقة تلك القيم بالنجاح التنظيمي والاستمرار، ومحاولة فهمها من خلال التفكير الإداري الذي يخضع لموازنات برغماتية تخضع للمواقف والظروف العابرة وتقلب الرؤى والمصالح، وتتأثر بها جملة القيم السائدة في المؤسسة وما يتبعها من مبادئ وتعاليم وضوابط أخلاقية ومهنية تعكس فلسفة المؤسسة وتوجهاتها الفكرية. أوقات العمل بالدوريات و تأثيره على حوادث العمل

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن أثر نمط أوقات العمل بالدوريات على معدل حوادث العمل لدى عمال المؤسسة الوطنية للنظافة بالجزائر العاصمة. وتكونت عینة الدراسة من (150)عامل لسنة (2020)، والذین تم اختیارهم بطریقة قصدية حسب المنهج الوصفي واستخدم الباحث استبیان من إعداده حول نمط أوقات العمل بالدوريات وحوادث العمل، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائیة توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق في درجة حوادث العمل حسب ساعات العمل في الدوريتين الصباحية والليلية لدى عمال المؤسسة. Abstract: The objective of this study is to identify the impact of the work-study model on occupational accidents of operators within the national cleanling company (net com) in the city of Algiers. The study sample consisted of (150) workers for the year (2020),who were intentionally chosen using the descriptive approach. The researcher used a questionnaire prepared according to working time, shift and work accidents, after statistical processing the results of the study revealed that there no differences in the degree of accidents at work according to the hours of work and the day shift and the night shift.
Les Jeunes Face Au Tabagisme

Résumé : : Notre étude s’inscrit dans le champ de la sociologie de la santé, une spécialité qui a toujours fait une place de choix dans ses études aux risques liés à la santé publique comme le tabagisme. Constituant un réel fléau complexe, un facteur de risque de mortalité prématurée le plus répandu, le tabagisme est classé aujourd’hui par l’Organisation Mondiale de la Santé )OMS) comme étant à l’origine des six premières causes de mortalité qui persistent actuellement dans le monde. Ses impacts sont multidimensionnels, ses effets ont des répercussions inter-reliées: sanitaires, socioéconomiques et mêmes environnementales. En Algérie, la gravité des cas de morbidité et de mortalité dus au tabagisme montrent qu’il représente un véritable problème de santé publique: 30% des cancers diagnostiqués chaque année sont liés au tabac et 90% des cancers du poumon surviennent chez les fumeurs )15.000 décès dus au tabagisme sont enregistrés chaque année). Une telle problématique, nous invitons aujourd’hui à penser aux différentes méthodes de prévention et de lutte antitabac chez les jeunes. Pour tenter de comprendre la réalité de ce phénomène sur le terrain, nous avons effectué notre enquête auprès d’un échantillon de 140 jeunes consommateurs du tabac âgés entre 18 et 25 ans, tous originaires de la région de Bejaia, Algérie.
أداء الموارد البشرية في ظل متغير الإدارة الإلكترونية

تسعى المؤسسات بكل أنواعها إلى تحقيق الأهداف التي تأسست من أجلها، وذلك بإتباع جملة من المراحل والقواعد والإجراءات، ولكن تعتبر الموارد البشرية هي أهم عنصر من عناصر قيام المؤسسة، وهي تمثل الركيزة الأساسية التي تقوم عليها المؤسسات، وعليه شاهدنا في السنوات الماضية إهتمام كبير من قبل الدول ومدراء المؤسسات والمنظمات بالموارد البشرية، حيث عملت على توفير كافة الظروف المواتية لهم من أجل بذل أقصى جهد لهم وبالتالي زيادة أدائهم ، ومن بين الطرق التي توجهوا إليها نجد الإنتقال من الإدارة التقليدية اليدوية إلى الإدارة الإلكترونية أو الرقمنة والتي أصبحت تساعد الموارد البشرية في تأدية مهامهم حيث أنها تساعدهم في ربح الوقت والجهد، وعليه نرى بأن الإدارة الإلكترونية تلعب دورا كبيرا في أداء الموارد البشرية . تطرقنا في هذا المقال إلى مفهوم أداء الموارد البشرية وأهم وظائفها ، وتناولنا أهم التحديات التي تواجه إدارة الموارد البشرية ، كما تعرضنا لموضوع تقييم أداء الموارد البشرية ، وفي السياق ذاته تطرقنا إلى مفهوم الإدارة الإلكترونية وأهم متطلبات ومراحل تطبيق هذا النوع من الإدارات ، وفي الأخير تم التطرق إلى دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في أداء الموارد البشرية . Abstract: Institutions of all kinds seek to achieve the goals for which they were established, by following a number of stages, rules and procedures, but human resources are the most important element of the establishment of the institution, and they represent the main pillar upon which institutions are based, and accordingly we have seen in the past years great interest by Countries and directors of institutions and organizations in human resources, as it worked to provide all the favorable conditions for them in order to make the utmost effort for them and thus increase their performance. As it helps them to gain time and effort, and accordingly we see that electronic management plays a major role in the performance of human resources. In this article, we will address the performance of human resources by addressing the concept of human resources performance, and its most important functions, as well as the most important challenges facing human resources management, and then at the conclusion of this aspect we dealt with evaluating the performance of human resources, and we also touched on electronic management by addressing the concept of Electronic management, and the most important requirements for the application of electronic management, as well as we talked about the stages of applying electronic management, and after that we tried to address the role of electronic management in the performance of human resources .
التعليم العالي ومعوقات تطبيق نظام (ل م د) من خلال المحيط الاجتماعي والاقتصادي

منذ تطبيق نظام (ل م د) في الجامعة الجزائرية في بداية هذه الألفية الثانية برزت إلى السطح جملة من المعوقات المتعددة الجوانب، والتي عرقلت تطبيق المنظومة التعليمية التي أعدت لهذه المرحلة؛ مما جعل من المتتبعين يقرون أن عملية الإصلاح بقت تراوح نفسها عكس مما كان منتظر منها، وكما هو معلوم إن اعتماد نظام (ل م د) كان الهدف منه هو إخراج الجامعة الجزائرية من محيطها المغلق إلى أفاق المحيط الواسع، وذلك بربطها بمحيطها الاجتماعي والاقتصادي من أجل إعداد رأس مال بشري مؤهل للاندماج الاجتماعي والاقتصادي، ولكن بين حقيقة الطموح والواقع برزت معوقات جعلت من هذه العلاقة التي تربط بين الجامعة الجزائرية والمحيط الاجتماعي والاقتصادي تصطدم بواقع صعب لا يمكن تجاهله. ولهذا جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية تسعى لتحديد هذه المعوقات التي أحالت بين الجامعة ومحيطها الاجتماعي والاقتصادي . والتي تمثلت في معوقات واجتماعية، واقتصادية، قانونية. أهمية السرعة الانتقالية وعلاقتها بدقة اداء المهارات الدفاعية عند لاعبي الكرة الطائرة

تعد لعبة الكرة الطائرة من أنواع الرياضة التي تتطلب التغيير في الوضعيات وبسرعة عالية سواء من الهجوم إلى الدفاع أو العكس, وبما أن طبيعة هذه اللعبة تتميز بالسرعة والمباغتة مع المهارة العالية الدقة في الأداء هذا ما آدا بنا إلى محاولة الكشف على العلاقة القائمة بين السّرعة الانتقالية كأحد الصفات البدنية ذات أهمية عند لاعب الكرة الطائرة. وأهميتها في دقة أداء المهارات الدفاعية. الاستقبال ومهارة حائط الصد فالدّفاع عن الملعب لأواسط ذكور الكرة الطائرة وهذا لفرق ولاية الوادي الناشطين في القسم الوطني الثاني في دراسة وصفية كانت نتائجها : لا يوجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين اختباري سرعة الجري 20م للأمام وسرعة الجري للخلف 9م ودقة أداء مهارة الاستقبال. يوجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين اختبار سرعة الجري 20م للأمام ودقة أداء مهارة حائط الصد , بينما لا يوجد علاقة مع سرعة الجري 9م للخلف. يوجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين اختبار سرعة الجري 20م للإمام وسرعة الجري 9م للخلف ودقة مهارة الدفاع عن الملعب. Les Processus Cognitifs Lors D’un Retraitement Sémantique D’un Texte En Fle

Résumé : Cette expérience a pour objectif de tester expérimentalement l’effet de deux types d’aides qui varie en fonction du contexte linguistique des apprenants (la langue utilisée dans les aides (Arabe L1 vs Français L2)), et en fonction de leur niveau de connaissances linguistiques en langue L2, sur la compréhension et le rappel d’un texte narratif par des apprenants algériens de classes primaires de 5e année. Ces aides consistent respectivement en définition par synonymie des verbes de récit de types « Macro » renvoyant à la macrostructure et de type « Micro » renvoyant à la microstructure en : (i) arabe langue maternelle (L1, G1), (ii) français langue étrangère (L2, G2). Les résultats montrent un effet positif des aides proposées sur la compréhension et le retraitement sémantique du récit. Abstract: This experiment aims to experimentally test the effect of two types of aids that varies according to the linguistic context of the learners (the language used in the assistants (Arabic L1 vs. French L2)), and according to their level of language knowledge in the L2 language, on the comprehension and recall of a narrative text by algerian learners of primary classes of 5th grade. These aids consist, respectively, of synonymy of narrative verbs of "Macro" type referring to macrostructure and "Micro" type referring to the microstructure in: (i) Arabic language (maternal L1, G1), (ii) French language foreign (L2, G2). The results show a positive effect of the proposed aids on the semantic comprehension and reprocessing of the narrative.
التنمية السياحية في الجزائر

ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في واقع التنمية السياحية الجزائر من خلال التركيز على المقومات والصعوبات التي تعيق استقطاب السياح في الجزائر، باعتبارها موردا هاما يساهم في استغلال موارد المنطقة السياحية بشكل أفضل، مما يدفع لتحقيق التنمية الإقليمية المتوازنة مع أقاليم الدول الأخرى، وقد أصبح النشاط السياحي محل اهتمام استراتيجيات خطط التنمية في العديد من الدول، وكذا استثمار المقومات السياحية وجذب الأفراد نحو السياحة الداخلية، أو حتى جذب سياح أجانب نحو الوطن. إلا أن هذه المقومات لم تستثمر بشكل تنموي، نظرا للصعوبات التي تواجهها الجزائر في هذا الجانب ما جعل الجهود المبذولة في هذا المجال لا ترقى إلى تحقيق تنمية سياحية مستدامة في بلدنا، وهذا لا يرتبط فقط بمجال الخدمات الخاصة بالتنمية السياحية، وهذا أثر على بقاء الجزائر في المراتب الدنيا في استقطاب السياح وتحقيق التنمية السياحية. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine the reality of tourism development in Algeria by focusing on the factors and difficulties impeding the attraction of tourists, as it contributes to the better use of the touristic region resources, thereby promoting regional development balanced with the regions of other countries. Tourism has become the focus of development plans strategies in many countries, investment of tourism assets, and the attraction of individuals to domestic tourism or even foreigners to the homeland. However, these factors have not been invested developmentally due to the difficulties faced, which has made efforts in this area less conducive to sustainable tourism development. This has affected Algeria to remain in the lower ranks of tourist attraction and tourism development.

Performance is a complex concept, its definition remains a difficult exercise given that it covers several meanings; it is a multidimensional concept, denoting ambiguities, which ultimately only makes sense in the context in which it is used. The objective of this article is to treat, at first, the conceptual framework of performance, through a reading grid moving from an unidimensional vision focused on the financial aspect (financial performance) to a multidimensional option ( global performance), while presenting its different dimensions, introducing new societal and environmental preoccupations for a responsible enterprise; then, examine the indicators of its measurement through the review of some explanatory models, and in conclusion, we try to present some propositions in order to establish pertinent strategies whish based on specific competencies enabling it to adapt to environmental turbulence and build a sustainableRésumé : La performance est un concept complexe, sa définition demeure un exercice difficile étant donné qu’il recouvre plusieurs acceptions ; c’est un concept multidimensionnel, dénotant des ambiguïtés, qui, en dernier lieu, ne prend de sens que dans le contexte dans lequel il est utilisé. هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى البحث عن الفروق في مصدر الضبط الداخلي / الخارجي لدى الجنسين والعلاقة الارتباطية بين مصدر الضبط والتدابير الوقائية من وباء كورونا لدى عينة من طلاب جامعة عمار ثليجي بالاغواط . انتهت الدراسة : 1-إلى وجود فروق في مصدر الضبط الداخلي / الخارجي. اذ كانت الطالبات لهن ضبط خارجي والطلاب ضبط داخلي . 2-وجود ارتباط دال بين الضبط الداخلي والالتزام بالتدابير الوقائية من وباء كورونا لدى العينة. Abstract: The current study aimed to search about difference’s level in ) internal/external locus of control for both sexes and the correlation between the locus of control and preventive measures against the Corona epidemic. Study ended: 1- There are differences in the internal / external locus of control. the female students had external control. And male students had internal control. 2- There is a significant correlation between internal control and adherence to preventive measures against the Corona epidemic in the sample.
مؤشرات الفضاء الانتقالي لدى الطفل المنفصل عن أمه

ملخص: تعتبر الطفولة مرحلة حاسمة في تحديد شخصية الفرد و تكوينها، فهي تحتاج إلى مساعدة مكثفة من طرف الوالدين و خاصة الأم من خلال عنايتها الوجدانية و معاملتها و توظيفها لجسم الطفل بلمسه و ملاطفته و الاعتناء به؛ يمنح للفضاء الانتقالي أهمية بالغة في السنوات الأولى من نمو الطفل، إذ تعد تجربة الشعور بالتموضع فيه باستعمال الموضوع الانتقالي المادي تأسيسا لشعوره بذاته، حيث تمنحه الأم القدرة على امتلاك هذا الموضوع بموافقتها فهو يحمل تجارب رائعة مشتركة معها تساعده على تحمل قلق الانفصال؛ تخلي الأم عن طفلها في هذه المرحلة يؤدي إلى متابعة حياته بعيدا عن جو الأسرة و الوالدين كطفل منفصل عن عائلته البيولوجية. لذا قمنا بإجراء هذا البحث بهدف تعميق معرفتنا بالسير النفسي للطفل المنفصل عن أمه في سن مبكرة و تحديدا البحث عن المؤشرات الدالة عن إمكانية أو صعوبة تموضعه في فضاء انتقالي من خلال تطبيق تقنية المقابلة العيادية و اختبار الرورشاخ الإسقاطي. Abstract: Childhood is a crucial stage in defining the personality. It needs intensive help from the parents, especially the mother, through her emotional care, treatment and caring; the transitional space is given great importance in the early years of a child’s development, as the experience of feeling positioned in it by using the material transitional subject. Where the mother gives him the ability to own this subject, he has wonderful experiences in common with her that help him bear separation anxiety; The mother's abandonment of her child at this stage leads to him continuing his life away from the atmosphere of the family and parents. Therefore, we conducted this research with the aim of deepening our knowledge of the psychological functioning of the child separated from his mother at an early age, and specifically the search for indicators of the possibility or difficulty of being positioned in a transitional space through the application of the clinical interview technique and the projective Rorschach test.
دراسة وصفية تحليلية لاستجابة الضغط النفسي لدى المعلمين

تسعى هذه الدراسة للكشف عن طبيعة استجابة "الضغط النفسي" ومستوياتها لدى (350) معلما ومعلمة بالمرحلة الابتدائية؛ اختيروا بطريقة "عشوائية بسيطة" من أصل (1500) معلما (ة) يتوزعون على مختلف المقاطعات التعليمية لولاية سطيف خلال العام الدراسي 2018- 2019. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تبنت الباحثة المنهج "الوصفي التحليلي"، مستعينة ببعض أدوات جمع البيانات (الملاحظة والمقابلة العيادية، مقياس الضغط النفسي المعد من قبل الباحثين). وبعد إجراء المعالجات الإحصائية المناسبة لاستجابات أفراد العينة على المقياس المعتمد تبين أن: الغالبية الساحقة من المعلمين 80 % يخبرون ضغطا نفسيا في بداية نشوئه (ضعيف الدرجة)، في حين تنوعت أنماط استجابتهم هذه -تنازليا- بين انفعالية فسيولوجية سلوكية معرفية. أخيرا خلصت الباحثة إلى بعض التوصيات والاقتراحات التي قد تكون لها أهميتها في التعامل مع هذه المشكلة؛ من قبل الباحثين في هذا الموضوع و صناع القرار بالمنظومة التربوية.Abstract: This study aimed to explore the nature of "stress reaction" and its levels among Primary school Teachers (n=350) females and males were "randomly" selected from (1500) individuals distributed over the various educational districts of Setif stat; during the academic year 2018- 2019. To achieve the study goals the researchers adopted the "analysis descriptive" methodology, they also used various data collection tools as (observation, clinical interview, stress scale prepared by researchers). After performing the appropriate statistical treatments the results revealed that 08 % of participants suffer from low stress degrees; which related decreasingly to emotional Physiological behavioral and cognitive reponses (symptoms). Finally some suggests and recommendations were offered, that may be important in dealing with this problem; by researchers and those in charge of the educational system.
التخطيط الاستراتيجي وعلاقته بأداء الموارد البشرية

تسعى المؤسسات بكل أنواعها لتحقيق أهدافها، وذلك بتطبيق استراتيجيات معينة وجملة من القواعد المسطرة، ويعتبر التخطيط الاستراتيجي عمود فقري لأي مؤسسة تسعى إلى تحديد إطار عمل استراتيجي، فهو يحدد الوجهة الهادفة للمؤسسة و يمنح لها التوازن، فركيزته الأساسية هي تحديد الأهداف بعيدة المدى، ورسم طريقة الوصول لها بفعالية عالية وناجحة، فالمورد البشري الذي يعتبر من اهم مقومات الإنتاج في المؤسسة، وعليه لا حضنا في السنوات الأخيرة زيادة الاهتمام من قبل المؤسسات والمنظمات حيث تقوم بتوفير جميع الظروف المساعدة لهم من أجل بذل مجهودات للوصول إلى أداء جيد يحقق أهداف المؤسسة ، ويعتبر التخطيط الإستراتيجي للموارد البشرية جزءا من الإستراتيجية العامة للمؤسسة التي تسعى لكسب كفاءات عالية تقوم بعملها على أكمل وجه، ولبعض مخلفات عملية التخطيط الإستراتيجي للموارد البشرية تأثير على بعض من ممارسات الموارد البشرية ما يؤثر بدوره على كفاءة العاملين في أداء عملهم. وسنتطرق في هذا المقال إلى التخطيط الإستراتيجي وعلاقته بأداء الموارد البشرية من خلال تناول مفهوم التخطيط الإستراتيجي واهم أساليبه وعناصره و كما تطرقنا الى مفهوم اداء الموارد البشرية واهم وظائفها و تحدثنا كذلك عن العلاقة بينهما و بعد ذلك حاولنا التطرق الى اهم الدراسات السابقة التي درست موضوع التخطيط و أداء الموارد البشرية. Strategic planning is a pole for any institution that is the pillar of any institution seeking to define a strategic framework. It defines the organization's purpose and gives it a balance. Its main focus is to set long-term goals, and to map out how to reach them with high effectiveness and success The human resource that is considered one of the most important ingredients of production in the enterprise and its top has in recent years seen us increase the interest of institutions and organizations in providing all conditions to help them to make efforts to achieve good and satisfactory performance. Strategic human resources planning is part of the organization's overall strategy, which seeks to gain high-quality and fully functional skills. strategic planning process has an impact on some human resources practices, which in turn has an impact on workers' efficiency in the performance of their work. In this article we will address strategic planning and its relationship with human resources initiation by addressing the concept of strategic planning and its most important methods and elements. We also touched on the concept of human resources performance and its important functions. We also talked about the relationship between them and then we tried to address the most important studies that studied the subject of planning and human resources performance.
الضوابط الاخلاقية لسلوك الموظف في منظمة الاعمال من منظور اسلامي

هدفت الدّراسة الحالية إلى بحث مشكلة أخلاق الوظيفة داخل منظّمات الأعمال الحديثة، ودور منظومة القيم الاسلامية في التشجيع على الأخلاق الفاضلة، والتّحذير من تلك السّيئة فيها. وقد اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي لتتبع أبرز الأخلاق الواجب تحقيقها، ودواعي الحثّ عليها، والتعرف على المثالب الناجمة عن إغفالها، مصادرها وأدلتها. وقد أبانت نتائج الدّراسة عن أهمّية التّمثل بالقيم الإسلامية في أداء الأعمال؛ كالإخلاص، والعدل، والرّفق في المعاملة، والصّدق. وحذّرت في المقابل من أيّ سلوك يمكن أن يضرّ بمناخ العمل، ويضرّ بسمعة المنظّمة وبجودة مخرجاتها. لهذا يوصي الباحث بضرورة إدراج التربية الأخلاقية المهنية وفق المبادئ الإسلامية في المقررات الدراسية لمختلف الأطوار التعليمية، ومراكز التّكوين المهني لترسيخها في نفوس أجيال المجتمعات العربية الاسلامية. Abstract: The current study deals with work ethics issues in modern organizations and the role of the Islamic value system in promoting virtuous morals and warning against bad ones. Therefore, the descriptive approach was used to monitor the most important morals to be attained, describe the reasons for encouraging them. The results demonstrated the significance of assimilation of Islamic values to performing tasks such as sincerity, justice, and honesty. In turn, it warned against any behavior that could harm the work climate,andthe organization's reputation. The researcher, therefore, recommended including professional moral education based on Islamic teachings in the curricula of various educational levels
تمثلات الطلبة الجامعيين للمقاولاتية من خلال التكوين الجامعي

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى معرفة مساهمة التعليم المقاولاتي في تشكيل تمثلات الطلبة -المقبلين على التخرج -للمقاولاتية .من أجل ذلك إختار الباحث عينة طبقية مشكلة من 204طالب (مستوى ماستر)، موزعين على أربعة كليات بجامعة محمد خيضر ببسكرة ،مستخدما في ذلك أداة الإستبيان موجه للطلبة، والمقابلة كأداة ثانوية مع الأساتذة .ليخلص الباحث أن التعليم المقاولاتي في جامعة محمد خيضر ببسكرة لا يسهم في تشكيل تمثلات الطلبة-المقبلين على التخرج -للمقاولاتية إلا في بعض التخصصات الأكاديمية. Abstract: This research paper aims to know the contribution of entrepreneurial education in shaping the representations of students - who are about to graduate - for entrepreneurship. The questionnaire is directed to students, and the interview as a secondary tool with professors. The researcher concludes that entrepreneurship education at Mohamed Khider University of Biskra does not contribute to the formation of student representations - who are about to graduate - for entrepreneurship, except in some academic disciplines.
