    هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين اخلاقيات العمل والصراع التنظيمي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بثانوية قندوز علي بسطيف، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي كونه يتلاءم مع طبيعة الدراسة التي اجريت على عينة قدرها 30 عامل، وتمثلت أداة جمع البيانات في الاستبيان موزع على محورين: (اخلاقيات العمل، الصراع التنظيمي)، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين اخلاقيات العمل والصراع التنظيمي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بثانوية قندوز علي لولاية سطيف ومن هنا قمنا بتقديم مجموعة من التوصيات والاقتراحات للمسيرين محل الدراسة ومسيري المؤسسات التربوية بشكل عام بضرورة التوجه بشكل أكبر نحو توفير مفهوم اخلاقيات العمل في المؤسسات التربوية والتعريف بحدة الصراع التنظيمي اذا مس العاملين بالمؤسسات التربوية مما يعود بالنفع و الفائدة على جميع الأطراف.
