    قياس مستوى أداء الخدمات العمومية في ظل التوجهات الحديثة لإصلاح الإدارة العمومية

    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس مستوى أداء الخدمات العمومية بولاية ورقلة من خلال قياس تقييم المواطنين لمستوى جودة الخدمات العمومية، ومستوى رضاهم عن هذه الخدمات بمختلف الجوانب والإجراءات الخاصة بعملية تقديمها، وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة بالتزامن مع مختلف الجهود الرامية إلى تحسين وإصلاح الإدارة العمومية تماشيا مع التوجهات الحديثة لممارسات المناجمنت في قطاع الإدارة العمومية، حيث تم إنجاز هذه الدراسة من خلال تصميم وتوزيع إستبيان على عينة قدرها (315) مواطن، وقد أسفرت النتائج عن تقييم ضعيف لمستوى جودة الخدمات العمومية وعدم الرضا عنها من طرف المواطنين عينة الدراسة، مما يتطلب تكثيف الجهود للنهوض بمستوى تقديم الخدمات العمومية بالشكل الذي يستجيب لتطلعاتهم.
