    ملخص : تهدف الدراسة إلى محاولة قراءة واقع التعليم في فلسطين من منظور شمولي وطبيعة تأثره بالظروف الاستثنائية الصعبة والمعقدة جراء الأوبئة والحروب والظروف الاقتصادية والتحول إلى التعليم المدمج، وقد توصلت إلى ضرورة تضافر جهود كافة العناصر المؤثرة والمتأثرة بالعملية التعليمية من معلمين ومتعلمين ومناهج وإدارات مدرسية ومجتمع محلي وضرورة الاهتمام بالكيف وليس الكم المعرفي المتضخم والتفكير الجاد بإدارة التعليم في الأزمات.
