The achievement of organizational symmetry is determined through those similarities in the values, behavior and goals of the workers. Which in turn corresponds to the structure and identity of the organization, making the workers as effective and the organization as a vital entity, structurally consistent and functionally integrated. This article came as a socio-conceptual reading of organizational symmetry, by shedding light on its determinants and various analytical theories, both classical and modern.

    علاقة الظروف الأسرية بارتكاب جرائم الاعتداء في المجتمع الجزائري

    تُعد جرائم الاعتداء من الظواهر الاجتماعية المستهجنة، والتي تهدد أمن واستقرار المجتمعات، وتعمل على استنزاف المورد البشري، وتعتبر من أهم التحديات المثيرة للجدل والتي أثرت على البناء الاجتماعي، ووجودها يستلزم الوقوف على طبيعتها، وأهم العوامل الاجتماعية، الاقتصادية، الثقافية وغيرها...المؤدية إلى ارتكابها. وتتعدد العوامل الاجتماعية، المؤدية الى ارتكاب جرائم الاعتداء، وبعضها مرتبط بالأسرة، هذه الأخيرة التي تعيش عدة ظروف تدخلها في حالة من ألّا وظيفيَّة. بناء على ذلك جاء هذا المقال كمحاولة نظرية نستقصي من خلالها بعض الظروف الأسرية المؤدية الى ارتكاب جرائم الاعتداء في المجتمع الجزائري.Abstract: Assault crimes are considered reprehensible social phenomena that threaten the security and stability of societies, drain the human resource, and are considered one of the most important controversial challenges that have affected the social structure. to commit. There are many social factors that lead to the commission of assault crimes, and some of them are related to the family, the latter of which lives in several conditions that put it in a state of incompetence. Accordingly, this article came as a theoretical attempt through which we investigate some family circumstances leading to the commission of assault crimes in Algerian society.
