    تعتبر سياسة التنويع الاقتصادي أحد الأهداف الإستراتيجية التي تبنتها خطط التنمية الاقتصادية المتعاقبة في الجزائر منذ الثمانينات، حيث نصت خطط التنمية على أهمية تنويع القاعدة الإنتاجية وتشجيع النمو في قطاعات أخرى خلاف قطاع النفط، وذلك بهدف التقليل من التأثيرات السلبية للأزمات والصدمات الخارجية والداخلية المحتملة نتيجة اعتماد النمو على قطاع واحد حيث اتجهت الدولة نحو الاعتماد على قطاعات عدة منها قطاع السياحة والفلاحة والصناعة للزيادة في النمو من خلال الناتج المحلي الاجمالي والتنمية من خلال الرفاهية الاجتماعية ثم تم التطرق من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى العديد من الجوانب التي تدخل ضمن إطار جودة الخدمة في المؤسسة الفندقية، بحيث تناولت الدراسة الخدمة الفندقية وخصائصها بالإضافة إلى إستعراض أنواع الخدمة، وتم الوقوف أيضا على جودة الخدمة وأبعادها بالإضافة الى تقييم جودة الخدمةThe policy of economic diversification is one of the strategic goals adopted by successive economic development plans in Algeria since the eighties, where the development plans stipulated the importance of diversifying the production base and encouraging growth in sectors other than the oil sector, with the aim of reducing the negative effects of crises and potential external and internal shocks as a result of adopting growth On one sector, where the state tended to rely on several sectors, including tourism, agriculture and industry, to increase growth through GDP and development through social welfare. Then, through this study, many aspects that fall within the framework of service quality in the hotel establishment were addressed. So that the study dealt with the hotel service and its characteristics in addition to reviewing the types of service, and the service quality and its dimensions were also examined, in addition to evaluating the quality of service
