Résumé : Dans cet article nous essayons d'accentuer notre travail sur l'école à travers le manuel, il est la référence cognitive pour l'étudiant aussi bien que pour le professeur selon la qualité de ce support pédagogique dans ses dimensions conceptuelle et didactique. Let us glimpse during this article on social theory in general in the West, the theory in its projections, and the theory in its cognitive horizons that emanate from the core of Arab societyItem واقع التربية الإعلامية في المؤسسات المسجدية الجزائرية(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-04) دراحي, السعيدتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع التربية الإعلامية في المؤسسات المسجدية الجزائرية، وذلك من خلال دراسة ميدانية أجريت على عينة من الأئمة الذين يشرفون على عدد من مساجد ولاية قسنطينة، وتندرج ضمن الدراسات الوصفية والتي استخدمنا فيها المنهج المسحي. ولغرض جمع البيانات المطلوبة، فقد وضعنا استمارة استبيان إلكترونية تم توزيعها على 50 مفردة من المبحوثين. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج، من أهمها: يمتلك المبحوثون حسابات على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي يتصدرها الفيسبوك بنسبة 100%، كما أن مشاركة هؤلاء وإسهام المؤسسات المسجدية في التوعية بأهمية التربية الإعلامية تعد ضعيفة مقارنة بالتحديات التي تفرضها وسائل الاتصال الحديثة وتكنولوجياتها، ويقترح المبحوثون تكثيف الدورات التكوينية لصالح الأئمة في موضوع التربية الإعلامية لاستدراك هذا الخلل. الكلمات المفتاحية: التربية الإعلامية، المؤسسات المسجدية، تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال الجديدة. Abstract: This study aims to learn about the reality of media education in Algerian mosque institutions، through a field study conducted on a sample of imams who supervise a number of mosques in Constantine state، and is included in the descriptive studies in which we used the survey method. For the purpose of collecting the required data، we have developed an electronic questionnaire form that has been distributed to 50 individual respondents. Abstract: The current study aims to identify the stages of the historical development of the public sphere. The concept of the public sphere and its most important characteristics and functions were addressed, as well as the difference between the public sphere and the private sphere, and finally the historical stages that the public sphere went through. The emergence of the public sphere was linked to the educated bourgeoisie, through the literary salons that were set up in their homes. At first, discussions were about literary and social issues, then turned to discussing political issues. Then the discussion moved from these salons to cafes and public places, but these discussions remained linked to the educated class, from the male category to the exclusion of females. But with the transformations that affected individuals and societies over time, all individuals became involved in the public sphere in order to discuss the issues that affect them. With the increasing participation of some passive and educated parties in the discussions and dialogues that take place within this field, as well as due to governments’ control of the various media and directing them, the public sphere collapsed, but the emergence of the Internet revived it.Item مشكلات معلمي الطور الابتدائي وسبل حلها(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-04) مسعودي, مروة; بالطاهر, النويتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى هدفت هذه الدراسة للكشف على مشكلات معلمي الطور الابتدائي وطرح حلول لها، إذ تكونت عينة الدراسة من (36) معلما ومعلمة، وتم تطبيق أداة الدراسة التي أعدها الباحث الطيار سلطان بن علي بن عبد الرحمان (2008) الذي تم بناءه في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتم التحقق من صدقه وثباته بالدراسة الاستطلاعية، وقد جرت المعالجة الإحصائية للنتائج باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي للإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة. وقد بينت النتائج أن المشكلات المتعلقة بالتدريب على المناهج المطورة هي قلة الوقت المخصص لتدريب المعلمين على المناهج المطورة وضعف ارتباط أهداف البرامج التدريبية بالمشكلات التعليمية والسلوكية للطلاب. في حين مشكلات المتعلقة بتطبيق المناهج المطورة هي ضعف المعلمين في تفعيل الأنشطة التعليمية المصاحبة للكتاب المدرسي وضعف مهارات المعلمين المتعلقة بتطبيق استراتيجيات التدريس المناسبة للمناهج المطور. أما مشكلات معلمي الطور الابتدائي المتعلقة بمهارات التقويم المستمر فهي ضعف كفاية المعلم بمهارات التقويم المستمر أثناء الخدمة وضعف استفادة بعض المعلمين من التغذية الراجعة للتقويم المستمر. كما تم تقديم بعض المقترحات التي من شأنها أن تساهم في التخلص من المشكلات المتعلقة بمعلمي الطور الابتدائي. Abstract: This study aims at this study aimed at exploring the problems of primary school teachers and proposing solutions for them, as the study sample consisted of (36) teachers, and the study tool prepared by the pilot researcher Sultan bin Ali bin Abdul Rahman (2008) that was built in the Kingdom was applied The results were verified by using the statistical program (spss) to answer the study’s questions.The results showed that the problems related to training on the developed curricula are the lack of time allocated to training teachers on the developed curricula and the weak linkage of training programs ’objectives with students’ educational and behavioral problems. While the problems related to the application of the developed curricula are the teachers ’weakness in activating the educational activities accompanying the textbook and the weakness of teachers’ skills related to the application of teaching strategies appropriate to the developed curriculum. As for the primary phase teachers ’problems related to continuous evaluation skills, they are the weakness of the teacher's adequacy of continuous evaluation skills during service and the weak benefit of some teachers from the feedback for continuous evaluation. Some proposals were also made that would contribute to eliminating problems related to primary school teachers.Item مدى موائمة مناهج الجيل الثاني للمرحلة الابتدائة مع الحاجات النمائية للمتعلم(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-04) جمعي, سامية; مسلم, عبداللهعمل المنهاج التربوي على تنمية الفرد في إطار قدراته واستعداداته وميوله وتقوية ما لديه من طاقات خلاقة وتوجيه هذا كله لصالح الجماعة في جميع الجوانب الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية مستندة الى فلسفة وأهداف مشتقة من فلسفة وأهداف المجتمع.و لقد سعت الجزائر إلى تجديد المناهج التربوية و ذلك بما يتناسب مع المستجدات العالمية و هذا ما تم تجسيه فيما يسمى بمناهج الجيل الثاني ، و لكن رغم ذلك نلاحظ عدم رضا المعلمين و كذا الأولياء عن هذه المناهج لذا يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة تحليلية لمناهج الجيل الثاني للمرحلة الابتدائية و مدى مواءمتها للحاجات النمائية للمتعلم حيث تم الاعتماد على تحليل المحتوى و كذا إجراء مقابلات مع المعلمين ، وخلص البحث إلى أن بعض محتويات مناهج الجيل الثاني في المرحلة الابتدائية لا تتناسب مع الحاجات النمائية للمتعلم نظرا لكثافتها واحتوائها على دروس تفوق المستوى النمائي للتلميذ . Algeria has sought to renew educational curricula in line with global developmentsItem فعالية تطبيق بعض استراتيجيات نظرية الحل الابتكاري للمشكلات (تريز) في تنمية التفكير الابتكاري(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-04) العمري, واضحملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على فعالية تطبيق بعض استراتيجيات نظرية الحل الابتكاري للمشكلات "تريز للباحث الروسي هنري ألتشلر في تنمية التفكير الابتكاري لدى متربصي التكوين المهني، وقد تمثلت هذه الاستراتيجيات في: استراتيجية العمل التمهيدي المضاد، استراتيجية التغذية الراجعة و استراتيجية العمل القبلي/التمهيدي. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطبيق اختبار القدة على التفكير الابتكاري للسيد خير الله على عينة من المتربصين تتكون من 26 متربصا. وأظهرت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي عن طريق اختبار تى للفروق بين المتوسطات وجود فروق بين متوسط أداء المتربصين في الاختبار القبلي قبل تعرّضهم لاستراتيجيات نظرية تريز، وأداءهم في الاختبار البعدي بعد إخضاعهم للاسترتيجيات وذلك على مقياس التفكير الابتكاري للسيد خير الله ومكوناته: الطلاقة، الأصالة، المرونة. وقد كانت هذه الفروق دالّة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.05، كما بينت كذلك نتائج التحليل، بعد تطبيق معادلة بلاك أنّ درجة التأثير كان متوسطة.Item طرائق التحليل الاجتماعي للبيانات(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-04) وشنان, حكيمةملخص: يندرج موضوع هذا المقال ضمن الدراسات المنهجية، يصدر عن أهمية التحليل الاجتماعي كخطوة تمتلك وجاهة خاصة في البحث الاجتماعي، فبدونها تصبح الحقائق التي يتوصل إليها الباحث لا ثراء فيها ولا جدوى من ورائها، رغم أن الانضباط العلمي بحد ذاته يتطلب أحيانا نوعا من المرونة. و هدف هذه المساهمة هو فحص ومناقشة أبعاد هذا الموضوع في سياقين أساسيين، نطرح في السياق الأول إشكالات التحليل الاجتماعي متمحورة حول أنواعه، ونحاول في السياق الثاني تقديم تصورات إجرائية من أجل تحديد نوع التحليل والتفسير الملائمين للبيانات حتى يحسن الاختيار. There are no statistically significant differences in the perception of the academic and professional project of the outstanding student due to the gender variable. ملخص: تهدف الدراسة الى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة التي تربط تقدير الذات وتصور المشروع الدراسي والمهني لدى التلميذ المتميز دراسيا، إضافة إلى الكشف عن الفروق في تقدير الذات وتصور المشروع باختلاف الجنس، طبقت الدراسة على عينة قصدية قوامها 34 تلميذا وتلميذة من مرحلة التعليم المتوسط. وتم توزيع على أفراد العينة استبيان تقدير الذات واستبيان تصور المشروع الدراسي والمهني المعد من طرف الباحثة كأداة أساسية للدراسة، كما تم الاستعانة لتحليل النتائج المستخلصة ببعض الأساليب الإحصائية. وأهم ما أسفرت عنه الدراسة من نتائج: • توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تقدير الذات وتصور المشروع الدراسي والمهني. • عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقدير الذات لدى التلميذ المتميز في تقدير الذات تعزى لمتغير الجنس. • عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تصور المشروع الدراسي والمهني لدى التلميذ المتميز في تقدير الذات تعزى لمتغير الجنس.Item تساؤلات منهجية في استخدام الاختبارات النفسية المكيفة في الفحص الاكلينيكي بالجزائر(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-04) مشطر, حسين; باللموشي, عبدالرزاقكثيرا ما يصادف المختص النفسي عدة مشاكل أثناء عمله، وخاصة عند عملية الفحص النفسي، حيث يلاحظ أن الأدوات التي يستخدمها وخاصة الاختبارات النفسية غير مكيفة ثقافيا، وعلى هذا الأساس بدأت التجربة الجزائرية في إعادة تكييف الاختبارات النفسية على مستوى البحوث الاكاديمية المعمقة للتخرج من الجامعة، وفي هذه الدراسة اعتمدت على المنهج الاستقرائي في مسائلة وتحليل وعرض المتغيرات المبحوث فيها في إعادة تكييف ثلاث نماذج من الاختبارات بالاعتماد على ترتيبها الكرونولوجي -إعادة تكييف رائز كاتل للذكاء سلم3 "سنة 2000-2001 ومن النتائج المتوصل اليها ان الفحص النفسي في الجزائر بواسطة الاختبارات النفسية يطرح إشكال من نوع آخر رغم الجهود المحتشمة في إعادة التكييف، فمازال المختصون النفسانيون على اختلاف تخصصاتهم، يطبقون اختبارات مستوردة من الخارج وبلغة اجنبية دونما إعادة تكييف أو تقنين، ودون مراعاة للخصوصيات القيمية للمجتمع. Abstract: The psychologist often encounters several problems during his work, especially during the psychological examination process, where he notes that the tools he uses, especially psychological tests, are not culturally adapted, on this basis, the Algerian experience began to re-adapt psychological tests at the level of in-depth academic research for university graduation. In this study, I relied on the inductive approach in questioning, analyzing and presenting the variables investigated in the re-adaptation of three models of tests based on their chronological arrangement, which are: -adaptation test D48 .1981 -Modification of the aphasia test.1992-1993 -re-adapting test of Cattle Intelligence scale 3 The results obtained to them that the psychological examination in Algeria by psychological tests poses forms of another type, despite modest efforts in the re-adaptation, is still specialists psychologists different specialties, applying imported tests from abroad and foreign language without re-conditioning or legalization, and without taking into account the peculiarities of value to the community.Item تحولات مهنة الإعلام والمهارات المستهدفة في التكوين في الجزائر(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-04) بولوداني, سهامملخص: تطرح الممارسة الإعلامية، في ظل التوسع الهائل الذي تشهده المهنة وتقنياتها، إشكاليات عديدة مردها الأساسي؛ المهام الكبيرة والخطيرة الموكلة إلى الإعلاميين والثقة التي يحظون بها من طرف أعضاء المجتمع في تحقيق مصالحه وأهدافه. وتتعلق أهم هذه الإشكاليات بالطابع المبهم لهوية الإعلامي والمهارات التي يجب أن يتمتع بها. ضمن هذا السياق، يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد وتقييم المهارات التي يكتسبها طلبة الإعلام في الجزائر، في التكوين العالي، من خلال دراسة ميدانية على برامج التكوين الموجهة هم وتجاوبهم مع هذه البرامج، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وضع تصورات حول طبيعة التكوين الإعلامي الأكاديمي في الجزائر. The purpose of this communication is to define the skills required of journalism students at the Algerian University, represented by a sample of the University of Annaba as part of practical study, to address the subject of the intellectual and practical level of said future journalists. The study was able to raise important findings on the academic training of journalists in Algeria.Item الفعل الاستراتيجي لدى الفاعل داخل النسق(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-04) صحراوي, حمامة; بن رمضان, ساميةملخص: تهدف الدراسة الى تحديد استراتيجية الفاعل داخل النسق، سواء كان الفاعل فرد أو جماعة، فحسب ميشال كروزيه، كل فرد في التنظيم له هامش من الحرية يستغله لتحقيق أهدافه ضمن منظومة الأهداف. الفاعل لا يسعى دائما الى تعظيم مكانته ودوره داخل التنظيم إنما يحافظ عليها ويقوم بتغيير استراتيجيات عمله دون المساس بالقواعد الرسمية للنسق، فالفرد كفاعل استراتيجي، يبني استراتيجيات عن طريق مناطق الظل التي يوسعها مع الفاعلين الاخرين الذين يدخلون ضمن قواعد اللعبة، ويشكلون في الأخير نسق فعل ملموس داخل النسق، ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف سيتم خلال هذه الدراسة الاعتماد على قراءة تحليلية وفق مقاربة التحليل الاستراتيجي في تحليل الأفعال الاستراتيجية للفاعل داخل النسق، وقد خلص البحث إلى جملة من النتائج تتمحور أساسا حول: أولا: الأفعال الاستراتيجية للفاعل داخل النسق التي تحددها جملة التحالفات والتعارضات والتفاوض وعملية التعاون أيضا، ثانيا: الوصول الى المصادر المعرفية للفاعل الاستراتيجي التي تتحدد عن طريق مكانته ودوره في النسق والمتمثلة في المعرفة العلمية، السلطة، الجاه، القوة. هذا من خلال الطرح النظري العلمي والموضوعي للآراء التي تحددها الظاهرة والممارسات العملية المتعلقة بها من منظور سوسيو-استراتيجي. Abstract: The study aims to determine the strategy of the actor within the system, whether the actor is an individual or a group, according to Michel Crozier, each individual in the organization has a margin of freedom that he exploits to achieve his goals within the goals system. The actor does not always seek to maximize his position and role within the organization, but rather maintains it and changes his work strategies without prejudice to the official rules of the system. Within the system, and in order to achieve these goals, during this study, it will be based on an analytical reading according to the approach of strategic analysis in analyzing the strategic actions of the actor within the system, The research concluded with a number of results that revolve mainly around: First: The strategic actions of the actor within the system are determined by the totality of alliances, contradictions, negotiation and the process of cooperation as well. Second: The cognitive sources of the strategic actor are determined by his position and role in the system, which are scientific knowledge, authority, prestige, and power.
