دور الأخصائي المدرسي في التكفل النفسي بالتلاميذ المتأخرين دراسيا

Abstract

ملخص : تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعريف بالمهام والأدوار الرئيسية للأخصائي النفسي المدرسي في التكفل بالتأخر الدراسي ، نتطرق إلى مهام الأخصائي المدرسي ، تعريف وأنواع التأخر الدراسي ، أسبابه تشخيص التأخر الدراسي ، التكفل والمتابعة النفسية للتلاميذ المتأخرين دراسيا ، كما تختم الدراسة بجملة من الاقتراحات لتفعيل دور الأخصائي النفسي المدرسي في التكفل الأحسن بالتلاميذ المتأخرين دراسيا وتحسين ظروف العمل في المؤسسات التربوية. Abstract : The current study aims to introduce the main tasks and roles of the psychological specialist in the school problems, including the school delay, and to include the tasks of the school specialist, the definition of the late school, the reasons for the late school diagnosis, the integration and psychological follow-up of students who are studying, as well as a number of suggestions for activating the role of the psychological specialist in the prevention of secondary school pupils and improving the working conditions in educational institutions.
