دور التكوين المهني في تفعيل الفكر المقاولاتي لدى المتكونين

Abstract

الملخص: جاءت هذه الدراسة بعنوان" دور التكوين المهني في تفعيل الفكر المقاولاتي لد المتكونين"، والتي هدفت إلى التعرف على الدور الذي يقوم به التكوين المهني في تفعيل الفكر المقاولاتي لدى المتكونين, انطلاقا من التساؤل الرئيسي الذي تم صياغته على النحو التالي: هل للتكوين المهني دور في تفعيل الفكر المقاولاتي لدى المتكونين ؟ و يندرج تحت هذا التساؤل التساؤلات الفرعية التالية : 1 ــ هل تؤدي البرامج و المناهج المتبعة في التكوين المهني إلى تفعيل الفكر المقاولاتي لدى المتكونين ؟ 2 ــ هل تتوفر مؤسسات التكوين المهني على الإمكانيات اللازمة لتفعيل الفكر المقاولاتي لدى المتكونين ؟ 3 ـــ هل ما تمارسه مؤسسات التكوين المهني من إجراءات معتمد تؤدي إلى تفعيل الفكر المقاولاتي ؟ 4 ــ هل النظام البيداغوجي الذي تمارسة مؤسسات التكوين المهني يساعد تبني المتكونين للفكر المقاولاتي ؟ لقد تم في هذه الدراسة الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي المسحي فضلا عن استخدام الاستبيان في جمع البيانات من الميدان والذي تضمن ) 36 بنداً ( وتوزعت على05 محاور ولقد تم تطبيق هذه الأداة على مجتمع دراسة قوامها 106 وهم من الأشخاص الذين استفادوا من التكوين المهني و قاموا بإنشاء مقاولاتية. ولقد اسفرت هذه الدراسة على النتائج التالية: ـــ إن البرامج و المناهج المتبعة في التكوين المهني تؤدي إلى تفعيل الفكر المقاولاتي لدى المتكونين. ــ إن مؤسسات التكوين المهني تتوفر على الإمكانيات اللازمة لتفعيل الفكر المقاولاتي لدى المتكونين. ــ إن ما تمارسه مؤسسات التكوين المهني من إجراءات معتمد تؤدي إلى تفعيل الفكر المقاولاتي ـــ إن النظام البيداغوجي الذي تمارسة مؤسسات التكوين المهني يساعد على تبني المتكونين للفكر المقاولاتي.

Résumé :

This study was titled “The Role of Professional Training in Activating Entrepreneurial Thought,” which aimed to identify the role that vocational training plays in activating the entrepreneurial thinking of the trained, based on the main question that was formulated as follows: What is the role of vocational training in activating entrepreneurial thinking? The following sub-questions fall under this question: 1- Do the programs and curricula used in vocational training lead to the activation of the entrepreneurial thinking among the trained? 2- Do vocational training institutions have the necessary capabilities to activate the entrepreneurial thinking among the trained? 3- Are the approved procedures practiced by vocational training institutions that lead to activating the entrepreneurial thinking? 4- Does the pedagogical system practiced by vocational training institutions help those trained to adopt the entrepreneurial idea? In this study, the descriptive survey method was used, as well as the questionnaire was used to collect data from the field, which included (36 items) and distributed over 05 axes. This tool was applied to a study population of 106, who are among the people who have benefited from vocational training and have established an enterprise. This study resulted in the following results: -The programs and curricula used in vocational training lead to the activation of the entrepreneurial thinking among the trained. -The vocational training institutions have the necessary capabilities to activate the entrepreneurial thinking among the trained. -Approved procedures practiced by vocational training institutions lead to the activation of entrepreneurial thinking. -The pedagogical system practiced by vocational training institutions helps the trained to adopt the entrepreneurial ideology
