الذكاء العاطفي وعلاقته بالاتزان الانفعالي لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية: تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن وجود علاقة من عدمها بين الذكاء العاطفي والاتزان الانفعالي لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة وفقا لمتغير الجنس، بالمراكز المتخصصة بفئات ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بالوادي، حيث اشتملت عينة الدراسة على(70) معلم من معلمي التربية الخاصة (20) معلم(50) معلمة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عرضية مسحية وتم تطبيق الدراسة بمدرسةالأطفال المعوقين بصريا بالرباح، والمركز البيداغوجي للأطفال المعاقين ذهنيا ببلدية الوادي، ومركز إعادة التربية بالوادي، والجمعية الخاصة جمعيه السعادة للدكتور عبد الناصر غربي جميع فروعها بالوادي وذلك خلال الموسم الدراسي: 2022/2023.واستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبين الإرتباطي والمقارن، وتم تطبيق مقياسين: _ مقياس الذكاء العاطفي لسكوت وآخرون (Schutte et, al 1998) _ مقياس الاتزان الانفعالي لصاحبته أحلام نعيم عبد الله سمور (2012). وذلك بعد التأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية(الصدق والثبات) وبطرق مختلفة، واستخدمنا الأساليب الإحصائية التالية: معامل الارتباط بيرسون، اختبار Tلدلالة الفروق بين عينتين مستقلتين، مقياس الأهمية النسبيةتم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - يتميز معلمي التربية الخاصة بمستوى معتدل للاتزان الانفعالي. - توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكاء العاطفي والاتزان الانفعالي لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة. - لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في الذكاء العاطفي بين معلمي التربية الخاصة تبعا لمتغير الجنس. - لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في الاتزان الانفعالي بين معلمي التربية الخاصة تبعا لمتغير الجنس.

Abstract: The study aims to reveal whether or not there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and emotional balance in special education teachers according to the gender variable, in specialized centers for people with special needs in the Valley. .A female teacher was randomly selected, and the study was applied in a school for visually impaired children in Al-Rabah, the Educational Center for Mentally Disabled Children in Al-Wadi Municipality, the Rehabilitation Center in 'Al-Wadi and the private association Al-Sa'ada Society of Dr Abdel Nasser Gharbi, with all its branches in Al-Wadi, during the academic season: 2022/2023. Two measures were applied: The Scott et al Emotional Intelligence Scale (Schutte et al 1998) The Emotional Balance Scale, authored by Ahlam Naim Abdullah Sammour (2012). This is after confirming its psychometric properties (honesty and trustworthiness) in different ways, and we used the following statistical methods: Pearson's correlation coefficient, T test to indicate the differences between two independent samples, and the scale of relative importance. : Special education teachers are characterized by a moderate level of emotional balance. - There is a statistically significant relationship between emotional intelligence and emotional stability among special education teachers. - There are no statistically significant differences in emotional intelligence among special education teachers due to the gender variable. - There are no statistically significant differences in the emotional balance between special education teachers, according to the gender variable.
