Abstract

Résumé : We conclude from this research on the issue of jurists and saints in the Middle Maghreb between the 6-12-14 centuries AD, we can reach the following conclusions: . The saints of the Middle Maghreb contributed to resolving social issues due to their realization of the size of the responsibility entrusted to them based on the religious motive. . The dignity of saints played a role in raising the rank of saints within society until they reached the degree of sanctity. The dignity of saints and the services they provide to society have contributed to the expansion and spread of Sufism within the Middle Maghreb society. . Central Maghreb was characterized by a rich scholarly life, and this was reflected in the large number of jurists and scholarly houses . The jurists contributed sincerely to solving the problems that faced society or mitigating them. They did not skimp on anything they could offer. Rather, they influenced the general public over themselves, and this was evident in their contribution to charitable work and in alleviating the economic crises that faced society. . Central Maghreb jurists contributed to social issues due to their awareness of the size of the responsibility entrusted to them and invoking the teachings of the religion they hold, which urges lofty principles that serve society; The jurists left their mark in all areas in general . The research highlighted the distinguished role played by the jurists in social life. Their positive interaction with people was noted through their practical commitment to the principle of enjoining good and forbidding evil, through keen concern for the public interests of the people of society. The jurists in the Middle Maghreb worked to pay attention to the students of knowledge, especially the poor and destitute whose financial circumstances may prevent them from continuing their education, and for this reason some scholars vowed themselves to serve this class of students by doing good to them. The judiciary has always been the rigorous tool for preserving society from what corrupts it and accordingly.
