دور الشراكة بين القطاع العام والقطاع الخاص في نجاعة تسيير المرافق العامة -دراسة ميدانية من وجهة نظر الهيئات المتعاقدة بولاية تقرت - الجزائر

Abstract

تناولت الدراسة الدور الذي تلعبه الشراكة بين القطاع العام والخاص في نجاعة تسيير المرافق العامة وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى التعريف بمتغيرات الدراسة، ولقد هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة علاقة الشراكة بين القطاع العام والخاص بنجاعة تسيير المرفق العام من خلال تحليل فقرات الاستبيان وإجراء عدة اختبارات على عينات الدراسة، وتمت الدراسة خلال سنتي 2021/2022، وخلصت الدراسة إلى ان الشراكة بين القطاع العام والخاص تساهم بشكل فعال في زيادة نجاعة تسيير المرفق العام و تؤثر بشكل ايجابي في تحسين الخدمات المقدمة من طرف هذا الأخير كما تعتبر أجهزة الحكومة من بين اهم الوسائل الرقابية التي تساهم في نجاعة تسيير المرفق العام، وأن هناك علاقة قوية بين الشراكة بين القطاع العام والخاص وجودة تسيير المرفق العام وهذا ما تؤكده قيمة معامل الارتباط في عينة الدراسة التي بلغت: %87.
