الأساس الديني للفكر السياسي عند أبو حامد الغزالي

Abstract

Résumé :This research reviews the religious basis of political action according to Abu Hamid Al-Ghazali, as Al-Ghazali researched the state and politics and their relationship with religion and laid down the foundations and laws that regulate the functioning of this state, including fair leadership, a strong army, and an impartial judiciary. Al-Ghazali considered the imamate to be the supreme leadership that combines the religious and political authorities, stressing the necessity of justice, knowledge, and competence in the imam to ensure the unity of the nation and achieve justice. He also emphasizes that morality is the basis on which politics should be based, as political institutions should be derived from Islamic moral principles to achieve stability and prosperity. With this vision, Al-Ghazali explains the close overlap between religion and politics in achieving good governance. In this research, we have tried to review the most important points and foundations that Al-Ghazali brought in his thought Highlighting the most important turning points in his life, as well as the reasons and circumstances due to which this thought emerged to us, relying on the analytical method in order to study and analyze the most important points that came in this thought . يستعرضهذاالبحثالأساسالدينيللفعلالسياسيعندأبوحامدالغزالي،حيثأنالغزاليقدبحثفيالدولةوالسياسةوعلاقتهمابالدينوقامبوضعأسسوقوانينتنظمسيرهذهالدولةمنهاالقيادةالعادلة،الجيشالقوي،والقضاءالنزيه ...إلخ. وقداعتبرالغزاليالإمامةهيالقيادةالعلياالتيتجمعبينالسلطتينالدينيةوالسياسية،مشدداًعلىضرورةتوفرالعدالة،العلم،والكفاءةفيالإماملضمانوحدةالأمةوتحقيقالعدالة. كمايؤكدعلىأنالأخلاقهيالأساسالذييجبأنتقومعليهالسياسة،حيثينبغيأنتكونالمؤسساتالسياسيةمستمدةمنالمبادئالأخلاقيةالإسلاميةلتحقيقالاستقراروالازدهاروبهذهالرؤيةيوضحالغزاليالتداخلالوثيقبينالدينوالسياسةفيتحقيقالحكمالرشيد. ولقدحاولنافيهذاالبحثانانستعرضأهمالنقاطوالأسسالتيجاءبهاالغزاليفيفكرهمبرزينأهمنقاطالتحولفيحياتهوكذلكالأسبابوالظروفالتيبسببهابرزلناهذاالفكرمعتمدينعلىالمنهجالتحليليمنأجلدراسةوتحليلاهمالنقاطالتيجاءبهافيهذاالفكر.
