Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة التي اتخذت من نظرية حارس البوابة الإعلامية مدخلا إلى التعرف والكشف عن الضوابط المعلنة والغير معلنة التي تضعها شبكة الفايسبوك، ومعرفة مدى تطبيق هذه القوانين على الصحفيين في نشر المحتوى الذي يتناول القضية الفلسطينية مع التعرف على أبرز الأساليب التي يتبعها الصحفيون في نشرهم للمحتوى المتعلق بالقضية الفلسطينية. ومن أجل تحقيق هذه الأهداف اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج المسحي وذلك باستخدام أداة الاستبيان الجمع البيانات والمعلومات والملاحظة حيث تم تطبيق البحث على الصحفيين الناشطين عبر الفايسبوك بولايتي الوادي وتقرت على عينة مكونة من 50 صحفي تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية. وانطلقت الدراسة من تساؤل رئيسي فحواه: ماهي قيود النشر المعلنة والخفية التي تطبقها منصة الفايسبوك على الصحفي في المنشورات المتعلقة بالقضية الفلسطينية؟ وتوصلت الدراسة الى جملة . من النتائج أبرزها: يسعى فايسبوك لوضع السياسات والضوابط لضمان حماية مستخدميه وبياناتهم الشخصية، وتشمل القواعد المتعلقة بالخصوصية، والامان والمحتوى المسيء، وسياسة الابلاغ عن محتوى ضار أو مخالف للقواعد، ويقدم خيارات متعددة للمستخدمين للتحكم في إعدادات الخصوصية. أكدت الدراسة بوجود ضوابط غير معلنة تطبق تحديدا على المحتوى المتعلق بالقضية الفلسطينية في الفايسبوك نتيجة وجود رقابة منهجية على المحتوى الفلسطيني. غير منصات ميتا. كما أكدت أن نشر المحتوى المتعلق بالقضية الفلسطينية عبر الفايسبوك لا يخضع لنفس ضوابط النشر المعلنة من قبل فايسبوك، وهذا راجع الى وجود ضوابط أخرى على المحتوى الفلسطيني بسبب التحيز والتهميش والعنصرية وتمييز محتوى متعلق بالقضية الفلسطينية عبر شبكة الفايسبوك. كما يؤكد الصحفيين أن خوارزمية فايسبوك مصممة لقمع المحتوى الفلسطيني بحيث تؤثر على عرض هذا المحتوى، ، وأن هناك معاملة غير عادلة وتمييزا في التعامل مع المحتوى المتعلق بفلسطين، بما في ذلك حذف المنشورات وحظر غير مبرر على الحسابات التي تعبر عن دعمها لفلسطين. وكشفت الدراسة عن وجود استراتيجيات تمكن الصحفي من استخدمها عند نشر محتوى فلسطيني من بين هذه الأساليب إنشاء موقع الكتروني خاص به لنشر محتوى متعلق بالقضية الفلسطينية، فمن خلاله يتحكم في المحتوى الذي ينشره ويمنحه مساحة للتعبير بحرية دون قيود. Abstract: This study, which took the theory of the media gatekeeper as an entry point, aims to identify and reveal the declared and undeclared controls set by the Facebook network, andtoknow the extent to which these laws are applied to journalists in publishing content thatdealswith the Palestinian issue, while identifying the most prominent methods followed byjournalists in publishing related content. On the Palestinian issue. In order to achieve thesegoals, the study relied on the survey method, using a questionnaire tool to collect data andinformation. The research was applied to journalists active on Facebook in the states of Ouedand Touggourton a sample of 50 journalists who were chosen intentionally. The study started from a main question: What are the declared and hidden publishing restrictions that the Facebook platform applies to posts related to the Palestinian issue? Thestudy reached a number of results, the most notable of which are: _Facebook seeks to establish policies and controls to ensure the protection of its users and their personal data. It includes rules related to privacy, security, offensive content, and apolicy for reporting harmful or rule-violating content, and provides multiple options for usersto control privacy settings. _The study confirmed the existence of undeclared controls specifically applied to contentrelated to the Palestinian issue on Facebook as a result of the existence of systematiccensorship of Palestinian content across Meta platforms. _She also confirmed that publishing content related to the Palestinian issue via Facebookis not subject to the same publishing controls announced by Facebook, and this is due to thepresence of other controls on Palestinian content due to bias, marginalization, racism, anddiscrimination of content related to the Palestinian issue via the Facebook network. _The journalists also confirm that the Facebook algorithm is designed to suppress Palestinian content so that it affects the display of this content, and that there is unfair treatment and discrimination in dealing with content related to Palestine, including deleting posts and unjustified bans on accounts that express their support for Palestine. The study revealed the existence of strategies that enable the journalist to use when publishing Palestinian content. Among these methods is creating his own website to publish content related to the Palestinian issue, through which he controls the content he publishes
