Abstract
The study aimed to recognize the importance of university entrepreneurship education in the light of
Finnish experience by addressing Team Academy as a successful model. One of the most successful educational
practices at the tertiary level enabling entrepreneurship to be learned through work and learning by doing Going
beyond old educational methods, This supports an inspiring learning environment to generate and apply new
knowledge through dialogue and interaction, Working within the team to stimulate students, discover
challenges, tackle problems and develop their personality, Creating a positive entrepreneurial culture that
supports innovation, The study found that the team's academy is one of the most creative approaches to
supporting the establishment of institutions,Through it, learners create and manage real businesses, which It can
provide job opportunities and eliminate unemployment, This is what makes it one of the most important and
widespread models of entrepreneurship education in the world.
