Abstract

يبقى الفساد أحد أكبر العوائق التي تحول دون التنمية الإقتصادية والإجتماعية، فكانت بذلك النزاهة والشفافية من أوليات دولة سنغافورة الأمر الذي جعلها من أبرز الاقتصاديات العالمية ومثالا يحتذى به، وقد لعبت الحكومة السنغافورية دورا كبيرا في هذا النجاح من خلال استراتيجيتها المنتهجة للحد من الفساد سواء الإداري منه أو المالي، حيث أنشأت مكتبا لسن قانون مكافحة الفساد، هذا الأخير جرت عليه العديد من التعديلات التي أسفرت عن اتساع دائرة مكافحة الفساد مما أكسب البلد الحصول على مراتب أعلى بمجال الشفافية والنزاهة، واحتل بذلك المرتبة الرابعة عالميا سنة 2019حسب مؤشر مدركات الفساد الصادر عن منظمة الشفافية الدولية. Corruption remains one of the biggest obstacles to economic and social development, so integrity and transparency were among the priorities of the state of Singapore, which made it one of the most prominent global economies and an example to be followed, and the Singaporean government played a big role in this success through its strategy to reduce corruption, whether administrative or the financial institution, as it established an office to enact an anti-corruption law. the latter having undergone many amendments that resulted in the expansion of the anti-corruption department, which earned the country higher ranks in the field of transparency and integrity, and ranked fourth in the world in 2019 according to the corruption perceptions Index issued by the Organization Transparency International.
