تعارض ق رائن الترجيح وضوابط دفعها عند الإمام ابن أبي حاتم من خلال كتابه العلل

Abstract

يقوم هذا البحث بدراسة تعارض قرائن الترجيح وضوابط دفعها عند الإمام ابن أبي حاتم من خلال كتابه العلل، وقد اشتمل على مقدمة وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة. حيث شملت المقدمة على التعريف بالموضوع بالإضافة إلى ذكر أهدافه، وأسباب اختياره، والد راسات السابقة. اشتمل الفصل الأول على التعريف بابن أبي حاتم، وأبي حاتم وأبي زرعة الرازيين، وصنيع ابن أبي حاتم في كتابه العلل وبيان ألفاظ التعليل فيه. أما الفصل الثاني فقد اشتمل على تعريف القرائن وأهميتها، وقرائن الترجيح عند المحدثين عم وما. أما الفصل الثالث والأخير فقد احتوى على تعارض قرائن الترجيح وضوابط دفعها عند ابن أبي حاتم، وختم البحث بعديدِ من النتائج منها: أن ابن أبي حاتم لم يكن له ضابط محدد في دفعه للتعارض بين الروايات المتعارضة، بل عنده لكل حديث قرائن وأحوال خاصة تحتف به.research aims to study the evidences of overbalances’ controversies and its adjustement and control means of rejection for Imam Ibn AbiHatim through his book « the reasons » which comprised an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion .The introduction enclosed the the presentation of Ibn Abi Hatem , Abou Hatem and AbouZaraaRazean , the act of Ibn Abi Hatem in his book « the reasons »and the clarification of the terms of arguments in it .The second chapter embodied the definitions of the evidences and its importance according to scholars in general. The third chapter involved the evidences of overbalances’ controversies controversies and its adjustement and control means of rejection for Imam Ibn AbiHatim. The study ends up with various findings such as : Ibn Hatem didnt have well-determined adjustement in rejecting the controversy amongopposing narrations , yet he used to have for every narration specific relevant overbalance
