دافعية الإنجاز لدى الطلبة المعاقين بصريا وعلاقتها بنوعية علاقتهم بأساتذتهم

Abstract

"هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين دافعية الانجاز لدى الطلبة المعاقين بصريا (المستويان الثانوي والجامعي) ونوعية علاقتهم بأساتذتهم، وتكونت العينة من(35) طالب من كلا الجنسين، حيث تم تطبيق مقياس نوعية العلاقة واستبيان الدافعية للإنجاز، من أجل التحقق من الفرضيات التي تم صياغتها، وبعد معالجتها إحصائيا دلت النتائج على الآتي: وجود علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الدافعية للإنجاز لدى الطلبة المعاقين بصريا( المستويان الثانوي والجامعي) ونوعية علاقتهم بأساتذتهم. وجود علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الدافعية للإنجاز لدى الطلبة المعاقين بصريا ومقدار المساندة وعمق العلاقة مع أساتذتهم. وجود علاقة ارتباطيه بين الدافعية للإنجاز لدى الطلبة المعاقين بصريا( المستويان الثانوي والجامعي) ومقدار الصراع مع أساتذتهم. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في دافعية الإنجاز لدى الطلبة المعاقين بصريا في ضوء متغير الجنس لصالح الإناث. عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في دافعية الانجاز لدى الطلبة المعاقين بصريا في ضوء متغير المستوى الدراسي ( الثانوي والجامعي). وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في نوعية العلاقة لدى الطلبة المعاقين بصريا في ضوء متغير المستوى الدراسي." "The study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between the achievement motivation of visually impaired students and the quality of their relationship with their teachers. The sample consisted of (35) students of both sexes. The relationship quality scale and the motivation questionnaire were applied to verify the hypotheses that were formulated, Statistically, the results were as follows: - The existence of a statisticallysignificant correlation between achievement motivation in visually impaired students and the quality of their relationship with their teachers. - The existence of a significant correlation between the motivation for achievement in visually impaired students and the amount of support and depth of the relationship with their teachers. - The existence of a relationship between the motivation for achievement in visually impaired students and the extent of conflict with their teachers. - There were statistically significant differences in achievement motivation among visually impaired students in the light of the gender variable in favor of females. - The absence of statistically significant differences in achievement motivation among students with visual impairment in light of the variable level of study. - There were statistically significant differences in the quality of the relationship among visually impaired students in light of the variable level of study."
