Abstract

أصبحتالتجارةالدوليةتلعبدوراهامافيإقتصادياتالدولوخاصةالناميةمنها, والتيتعتمدعليهافيمسيرتهانحوىالتنميةالمستدامةدونالمساسبالبيئةوالتيتشهدتدهوراكبيراعلىمستوىالتلوثالناتجعنممارساتالتجارةالدولية, ويتلخصبحثناهذاحولالآلياتوالمعاييروالإشتراطاتالمطبقةالتيتضعهاالدولخاصةالمتقدمةمنهالحمايةالبيئة, منكونهامعدةحقالهذاالغرضأوالقصدمنهاهووضعقيودحمائيةفيوجهصادراتالدولالأخرى, علىعكسمبدأتحريرالتجارةالعالميةالمعلنفيكافةالمحافلالدولية, وعليهتهدفهذهالدراسةإلىإلقاءالضوءعلىهذهالآلياتوالممارساتالمقنعةفيالتجارةالدوليةمنخلالإبرازهذهالمعاييروالإشتراطاتالمطبقةفيهذاالمجالوإسقاطهاعلىالإقتصادالجزائريInternational trade plays an important role in the economies of countries, especially developing ones, which depend on them in their march towards sustainable development without prejudice to the environment, which is witnessing a significant deterioration in the level of pollution resulting from international trade practices, This research is about the mechanisms, standards and applicable requirements developed by countries, The environment from being prepared for this purpose or intended to put protective restrictions in the face of exports of other countries contrary to the principle of the liberalization of world trade announced in all international forums and this study aims to shed light on these mechanisms and To establish the relevant standards and requirements in this field and to bring them down to the Algerian economy.
