علاقة الضغوط النفسية بالتوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى تعرف على مستوى الضغوط النفسية والتوافق المهني لدى اساتذةالتعليم الابتدائي ببعض ابتدائيات ولاية المغير وذلك من خلال معرفة العلاقة بين ضغوط النفسية والتوافق المهني لدى اساتذةالتعليم الابتدائي ثم معرفة ما اذا كانت توجد فروق بين الضغوط النفسية والتوافق المهني لدى اساتذة لدى التعليم الابتدائي تعزى لمتغير الجنس والخبرةو لقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي حيث تم اجراء دراسة على عينة مكونة من 40 استاذ واستاذات ثم اختيارهم عشوائيا من المدارس التابعة لولاية المغير وهذا خلال العام دراسي (2023 )وقد استخدمنا للدراسة مقياس الضغوط النفسية من اعداد د\ فقيه العيد(2013)و مقياس التوافق المهني من اعداد لشموري كاميليا (2017) واستخدمنا الاساليب الاحصائية من خلال تطبيق البرنامج الاحصائي spss( بيرسوناختبار ت تحليل التباين f) وقد توصلنا الى النتائج التالية : 1) توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة احصائيا بين الضغوط النفسية والتوافق المهني لدى اساتذة التعليم الابتدائي 2) لا توجد فروق في الضغوط النفسية لدى اساتذة التعليم الابتدائي تعزى لمتغير الجنس 3) لا توجد فروق في التوافق المهني لدى اساتذة التعليم الابتدائي تعزى لمتغير الجنس 4) لا توجد فروق في الضغوط النفسية لدى اساتذة التعليم الابتدائي تعزى لمتغير الخبرة 5) لا توجد فروق في التوافق المهني لدى اساتذة التعليم الابتدائي تعزى لمتغير الخبرة

ملخص باللغة الأجنبية The current study aims to learn about the level of psychological pressures and professional compatibility of teaching professors beginning with some of the beginnings of the change state by knowing the relationship between psychological compatibility and professional compatibility of primary education professors and then to see whether there are differences between psychological stresses and professional compatibility of primary education professors attributable to gender variability and progressiveness. (2023) We used to study the psychological stressors scale from the preparation of = D/Fakih Eid 2013 and the professional compatibility scale from the preparation of the Kamiliaschmori (2017) We used statistical methods by applying statistical software spss (Pearson variation analysis test f We have reached the following outcomes = 1There is a statistically significant correlation between psychological stress and vocational adjustment among primary education teachers. 2There are no differences in the psychological stress of primary school teachers due to the gender variable 3There are no differences in the professional adjustment of primary school teachers due to the gender variable 4There are no differences in the psychological stress of primary school teachers due to the variable of experience 5There are no differences in the professional adjustment of primary school teachers due to the variable of experience
