النمـو الحضـري السريـع وعلاقتـه بمشكلـة السكـن

Abstract

الملخص: تعالج هذه الدراسة النمو الحضري السريع وعلاقته بمشكلة السكن حيث إعتمدنا في إشكاليتنا وفق التساؤل التالي: هل النمو الحضري السريع له علاقة بمشكلة السكن؟ و تندرج تحت هذا السؤال الرئيسي الأسئلة الفرعية التالية:  هل العامل الديمغرافي له علاقة بمشكلة السكن؟  هل مشكلة السكن تكمن في عدم تلبية مخططات السكن لخصائص الأسر من حيث الحجم و الخدمات؟  هل الطابع الثقافي و الاجتماعي للسكان سبب في مشكلة السكن؟ و قد تم صياغة الفرضية العامة للدراسة على أن النمو الحضري السريع له علاقة بمشكلة السكن، و يندرج تحت هذه الفرضية ثلاث فرضيات جزئية، العامل الديمغرافي له علاقة بمشكلة السكن، و عدم تلبية مخططات السكن لخصائص الأسر من حيث الحجم والخدمات، والطابع الثقافي والإجتماعي للسكان كأهم مشكلات السكن. و لمتابعة الدراسة قمنا بإعتماد المنهج الوصفي، حيث إخترنا عينة عشوائية للدراسة ممثلة في بعض الأسر من "حي محمد بوضياف ببلدية الحمراية" حيث تضمنت الإستمارة ثلاثة وعشرون سؤالا، مقسمة إلى ثلاث أبعاد، كل بعد يجيب على إحدى الفرضيات، وحسب النتائج التحصل عليها تبين تحقق الفرضيات الموضوعة سالفا . Résumé : Le but de se travail est d’étudier la relation entre la croissance urbaine rapide et le problème du logement. Nous avons envisagé comme hypothèses des causes du problème du logement comme suivantes : - Le facteur démographique. - Le non-respect des plans de logement des caractéristiques des ménages en termes de taille et de service des famille ; - Le non respect des caractères culturels et socials des habitants. Nous avons utilisé la méthode descriptive dans notre étude, nos échantillons sont composés de 23 familles du "quartier Mohamed Boudiaf dans la municipalité Hamraia" qui ont répondu à nos questionnaires qu’on préparé pour notre étude. Les résultats obtenus selon les réponses à nos questionnaires ont montré que nos hypothèses ont été établies..

ABSTRACT:

the aim of this work is to study the relationship between rapid urban growth and the housing problem . we considered as assumptions of the causes of the problem of logment as follows: -The demographic factor . -The non-compliance with housing plans of household characteristics in terms of size and srvicefamilies ; -The non-respect of social and cultural character of the inhabitants . we used the descriptive method in our study, our sample is composed of 23 families of " neighborhood Mohamed Boudiaf in the municipality Hamraia " who responded to our questionnaire we prepared for our study. the results based on responses to our questions have shown that our assumptions have been made .
