التعليل بسلوك الجادة عند أبي حاتم من خلال كتاب " العلل "

Abstract

"عنوان الدارسة: التعليل بسلوك الجادة عند أبي حاتم من خلال كتاب ""العلل"" حيث يتكون من مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة. حيث تضمنت الدراسة ترجمة موجزة للإمام أبي حاتم وابنه عبد الرحمن والتعريف بكتاب العلل ثم فصلت الكلام حول العلة وأنواعها وأهمية علم العلل وأهم الكتب المصنفة فيه, وعرفت سلوك الجادة وأهم الألفاظ المعبرة عنه والقرائن الدالة عليه, وقمت بدراسة الأحاديث التي صرح فيها أبو حاتم بالتعليل بسلوك الجادة والتي بلغت إحدى عشر حديثا حيث أوضحت العلة وبينت أوجه الاختلاف وخرجت كل حديث من كتب السنة ونقلت كلام أهل العلم في الرواة جرحا وتعديلا ثم أخلص إلى سبب تعليل أبو حاتم للحديث والقرائن المرجحة لوجه على آخر مع ذكر كلام غيره من النقاد في تعليل الحديث, ثم ختمت الرسالة بما توصلت إليه من نتائج وتوصيات. ""The title of the study is: weaking hadiths by reading the famous hadith men's (souluk eljadda) of Abu Hatim through the book ""Illness"", which consists of an introduction, three topics, and a conclusion. The study included a brief biography of Imam Abu Hatim and his son Abdel-Rahman, and the definition of his book, then I detailed the causes, types, its importance and the most important books classified in it, then I define (souluk eljadda) and its most important expressions, its indications. After that I studied the hadiths in which Abu Hatim weakned they are eleven hadiths, then I cleared the the weaknesses, showed the differences, each hadith came out from the books of the Sunnah and conveyed the opinion of the scholars in the narrators. Then I concluded the reason that Abu Hatim weakned the hadiths and why he choosen one face over another with mentioning the opinion of other critics, finally I sum up with results and recommendations.
