فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لخفض النشاط الزائد لدى الأطفال ذوي طيف التوحد

Abstract

الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لخفض النشاط الزائد لدى الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد من خلال التدخل والعلاج السلوكي، وللتحقق من ذلك تم بناء برنامج تدريبي مكون من 10 جلسات تم تطبيقه على عينة مكونة من (6) أطفال من ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد تم انتقاءهم بطريقة قصدية. تم اعتماد المنهج التجريبي ذو تصميم المجموعة الواحدة مع قياس قبلي وقياس بعدي وذلك باستخدام ٌقائمة تشخيص عجز الانتباه المصحوب بالنشاط الزائد لمقداد محمد (2006) وبعد إجراء المعالجة الإحصائية لبيانات الدراسة للكشف عن الفروق المجموعة في القياس القبلي والقياس البعدي والقياس التتبعي لاختبار حجم أثر البرنامج التدريبي المعد لهذه الدراسة التي توصلت إلى النتائج التالية: وجود فروق في النشاط الزائد بين متوسطي درجات الأطفال من ذوي طيف التوحد في المجموعة التجريبية في القياس القبلي والقياس البعدي لصالح القياس البعدي، وكذلك وجود فروق في النشاط الزائد بين متوسطات درجات الأطفال من ذوي طيف التوحد في القياس البعدي والقياس التتبعي على قائمة تشخيص عجز الانتباه المصحوب بفرط النشاط.

Abstract: The current study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of a training program to reduce hyperactivity in children with autism spectrum disorder through intervention and behavioral therapy. To verify this, a training program consisting of 10 sessions was built and applied to a sample of (6) children with autism spectrum disorder. They were chosen intentionally. The experimental approach with a one-group design was adopted with a pre- and post-measurement using the list of diagnosis of attention deficit accompanied by hyperactivity, Miqdad Muhammad (2006), and after conducting the statistical treatment of the study data to reveal the group differences in the pre- and post-measurement and follow-up measurement to test the size of the impact of the training program Prepared for this study, which reached the following results: There are differences in hyperactivity between the average scores of children with autism in the experimental group in the pre- and post-measurement in favor of the post-measurement, as well as the presence of differences in hyperactivity between the average scores of children with autism in the post-measurement and follow-up measurement on the accompanying attention deficit diagnosis list hyperactive.
