Abstract
This study aims to reveal the relationship between the sources of psychological stress and the quality of school life of the primary education professor, in addition to revealing the differences in the level of psychological stress and the quality of school life according to the variables: gender, marital status, and years of experience.
This study was applied to a sample of 60 primary school teachers from some municipalities of the valley. The Wael Al-Sayed Hamid Al-Sayed Scale of Life Quality and the Psychological Stress Scalewereapplied, and the followingstatisticalmethodswereused: Pearson Correlation Coefficient, to study the relationshipbetween the two variables, and the T-test to study the differencesGender and marital statusat the level of bothpsychological stress and the quality of school life.
The ANONA test of contrastanalysis to study the differencesbetweenyears of experience and the level of bothpsychological stress and school life.
The studyrevealed the followingresults:
1. There is no correlationbetween the sources of psychological stress and the quality of school life.
2. There are no statisticallysignificantdifferences in the sources of psychological stress due to the variable of sex.
3. There are no statisticallysignificantdifferences in the quality of school life attributable to the variable of sex.
4. There are no statisticallysignificantdifferences in the sources of psychological stress due to the variable of marital status.
5. There are no statisticallysignificantdifferences in the quality of school life due to the variable of marital status.
6. There are no statisticallysignificantdifferences in the sources of psychological stress due to the years of experience variable.
7. There are no statisticallysignificantdifferences in the quality of school life due to the years of experience variable
