Abstract

هدفت الدراسة هذه إلى التعرف على أثر القيادة التنظيمية على الثقافة التنظيمية في مؤسسة سونلغاز بالوادي ، كما سعت أيضا إلى استكشاف العلاقة بين المتغيرين وهما القيادة التنظيمية والثقافة التنظيمية في المنظمات. وتطرقنا أيضا الى مكونات القيادة التنظيمية والتي تتمثل في التأثير على المرؤوسين وتوحيد جهود المرؤوسين وتحقيق اهداف المؤسسة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة متغيرات الدراسة، إذ تم الحصول على المعلومات اللازمة من خلال الاستبيانات التي وزعت على حوالي 60 موظف. وتوصلت هذه الدراسة الى وجود لأثر القيادة التنظيمية على الثقافة التنظيمية.
