Abstract

"واجه قطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة العديد من التحديات خاصة فيما يتعلق بمحدودية مواردها، صغر حصصها السوقية، عجزها عن تمويل الحملات التسويقية مما جعل اللجوء إلى المناولة من بين الخيارات الإستراتيجية سعيا لتجاوز مختلف العقبات، كونها أصبحت مجالا لتدعيم مهاراتها التقنية والتجارية. غير أن تطبيق المناولة بالدمج مع الفكر المقاولاتي في الجزائر محدود ويطرح عدة تساؤلات عن مدى نجاعته وهذا بالرغم من كل الجهود المبذولة في الرفع من مستوى العمل المقاولاتي وتشجيع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة على العمل بالتنسيق بين الإستراتيجيتين حيث ان الجهود التي بذلتها الجزائر في مجال ترقية المناولة من خلال التركيز على المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة كبيرة جدا، إلا أن ضعف الترابط بين المؤسسات الصناعية الكبيرة والمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة هو الذي لا يزال المحور الأساسي للجدال القائم بين مشكل ثقة من جهة ومشكل تطبيق المواصفات الدولية من جهة أخرى.""The small and medium enterprises sector has faced many challenges, especially with regard to its limited resources, small market share, inability to finance marketing campaigns, which has made the resort to handling among the strategic options in order to overcome various obstacles, as it has become an area to strengthen its technical and commercial skills. However, the application of handling in combination with entrepreneurial thinking in Algeria is limited and raises several questions about its effectiveness.despite all the efforts made in raising the level of entrepreneurial work and encouraging small and medium-sized enterprises to work in coordination between the two strategies, since Algeria & apos; s efforts in promoting handling by focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises are very large, it is the weak interrelationship between large industrial enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises that remains the main focus of the debate between the problem of trust on the one hand and the problem of applying international standards on the other."
