دور تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية على الاداء الشامل في المؤسسات الاقتصادية في ظل جائحة كورونا 19

Abstract

"تتناولت دراستنا بالبحث والتحليل أهم أحد المواضيع المطروحة حديثا ، خصوصا في أواخر القرن الماضي إلى غاية يومنا هذا. فهي تهدف الى معرفة مدى التزام المؤسسات الاقتصادية بممارستها للمسؤولية الاجتماعية في ظل جائحة كوفيد 19 ،وتأثير ذلك على تحسين ادائها الشامل ، ولقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في دراستنا وذلك من خلال تتبع واستقصاء مادة البحث وتحليلها والوصول الى النتائج عبر استعراض الدراسات السابقة والمراجع والبحوث والتقارير المتعلقة بالموضوع من جهة ، ومن خلال استخدام برامج الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss21 لتحليل العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة من جهة اخرى ، وتوصلنا في الاخير الى اهم نتيجة وهي ان هناك اثر ذو دلالة احصائية لمستوى الالتزام بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية على تحسين الاداء الشامل في المؤسسات الاقتصادية في ولاية الوادي .""Our study dealt with research and analysis the most important one of the topics raised recently, especially in the late last century until the present day. It aims to know the extent to which economic institutions are committed to their practice of social responsibility in light of Covid-19 pandemic, We used this descriptive analytical approach in our study by tracking and surveying the the research material. Review the results by reviewing previous studies, references and periodic reports on the subject on the other hand, And through the use of the statistical package for social sciences spss21programs to analyze the relationship between the study variables on the other hand, and we finally reached the most important result, which is that there is a statistically significant effect of the level of commitment to social responsibility on improving the overall performance in economic institutions in the state of eloued ."
