Abstract

لقد تناولنا في مذكرتنا موضوع إجراءات إنشاء الشركات التجارية وفق التشريع الجزائري وذلك باعتبارها ذات أهمية كبري في الوقت الحالي, اعتمدت عليها أغالبية الدول من أجل تحسين الاقتصاد وزيادة الإنتاج. تنقسم الشركات التجارية إلى شركات الأشخاص التي تقوم على الاعتبار الشخصي أما شركات الأموال تقوم على الاعتبار المالي بإضافة إلى شركات المختلطة فهي مزيج بين الاعتبار المالي والشخصي. establishing commercial companies in accordance with Algerian legislationas it is of great importance at the present time Most countries have relied on them in order .to improve te economy .and increase production Commercial companies are divided into companies of people that are based on personal consideration,while money companies are based on financial consideration in addition to mixed companies,which are a mixture between .fnancial and personal .consideration
