Abstract

يهدف العمل لدراسة أهمية رأس مال المخاطر كآلية لتمويل المؤسسات الناشئة، وذلك من خلال التطرق لمفهوم رأس مال المخاطر وأهميته في تمويل هذا النوع من المؤسسات، من خلال دراسة دوره في تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة في مختلف مراحل تطورها، و تحليل وضعية تمويل رأس مال المخاطر في منطقة افريقيا بالإشارة لحالة الجزائر، بالاعتماد على معالجة و تحليل البيانات والمنشورات الصادرة من الهيئات الدولية المختصة، حيث أوضحت النتائج الدور المهم لتمويل رأس مال المخاطر في تمويل العديد من المؤسسات الناشئة في منطقة افريقيا، حيث فاقت قيمة الصفقات 5 مليار دولار في منطقة افريقيا سنة 2021، في حين بلغت قيمة صفقات الرأس مال المخاطر في الجزائر 43 مليار دولار لنفس السنة، باحتلالها المرتبة 08 في منطقة افريقيا تبقى قيمة الصفات قليلة جدا مقارنة بنيجيريا التي حققت المركز الأول في افريقيا بقيمة صفقات بلغت 1,8 مليار دولار لسنة 2021. The work aims to study the importance of venture capital as a mechanism for financing Startups, by addressing the concept of venture capital and its importance in financing this type of companies, by studying the role of venture capital in financing Startups in their various stages of development, and analyzing the status of financing capital venture in the Africa region With reference to the case of Algeria, based on data and publications issued by the competent international bodies, where the results showed the important role of venture capital financing in financing many Startups in the African region, where the value of deals exceeded $5 billion in the Africa region in 2021, The value of venture capital deals in Algeria amounted to 43 billion dollars for the same year, ranking 08 in the African region, However, the value of the attributes remains very small compared to Nigeria, which achieved first place with a value of deals amounting to $ 1.8 billion for the year 2021.
