Abstract

الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى توافر الكفایات الإرشادية لدى مربيات الأطفال لمتابعة نمو الأطفال من وجهة نظرهن في رياض الاطفال بمدينة تقرت، ومعرفــة الفــروق فــي درجــه امــتلاكهن الكفایــات اللازمة للقیام بعملیة الإرشاد تبعا لمتغیر سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي ، التخصص والعمر.العــدد الكلــي لمجتمــع الدراســة 100مربيــة تــم اختیارهن عشوائيا، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي وتـم تطبیـق الإسـتبيان، إعـداد نبيل عتروس 2009 وقد عدلت بعض بنوده ليتلائم مع الدراسة، ولإختبار الفرضيات استخدمت التكرارات والنسب المئوية والمتوسطات الحسابية والإنحراف المعياري والوزن النسبي على كل بند من بنود محاور الاستبيان. •اختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي . •اختبار"ت". وأسفرت النتائج عن: تتـوفر الكفایـات الإرشادية لــدى المربيات بدرجة متوسطة. لا توجــد فــروق ذات دلالــة إحصــائیة فــي الكفایــات الإرشادية لــدى المربيات تبعــا لمتغیــر الــمؤهل العلمي. لا توجــد فــروق ذات دلالــة إحصــائیة فــي الكفایــاتالإرشادية لدى المربيات تبعا لمتغیر سنوات الخبرة. توجــد فــروق ذات دلالــة إحصــائیة فــي الكفایــات الإرشادية لدى المربيات تبعـا لمتغیـر التخصص. لا توجــد فــروق ذات دلالــة إحصائية فــي الكفایــات الإرشادية لدى المربيات تبعـا لمتغير العمر.

This study aimed to investigate the availability of the indicative competencies for kindergarten teachers tofollow the growth of children from their point of view and to know the differences in the degree to which they have the necessary competencies to carry out the counselling due to variables: years of experience, qualification, specialization and age. The results showed: The nannies have a medium level of extension competencies. Thereare not statistically significant differences in the indicative competencies of the nannies according to the educational qualification variable.  There are not statistically significant differences in the mentoring competencies of the babysitters according to the years of experience changing.  There are statistically significant differences in the mentoring competencies of the educators according to the variable of specialization.  There are not statistically significant differences in the guidance competencies of the nannies according to the age variable.
