أثر دلالات واو العطف في القرآن الكريم في اختلاف المجتهدين

Abstract

يهدف البحث بشكل رئيس ومباشر إلى دراسة أثر دلالات العطف بالواو في فهم النصّ القرآني، من خلال استقصاء أقوال النحويّين والفقهاء والمفسّرين في دلالة الواو العاطفة من جهة، ثُمَّ إسقاط هذه المعاني للواو تبعاً لسياقاتها المختلفة على جُملةٍ من نصوص الآيات القرآنية من جهة أخرى، فاستقام البحث على دلالات شتى لهذه الآيات، ممَّا يدلُّ على بالغ الأهميّة لهذا الحرف الأصيل ضمن حروف العطف، وأنَّه من المحاور الهامّة التّي ترتكز عليها دلالات النصوص الشرعية، وتتنوّع من خلالها طرق الفهم، وقواعد استنباط الأحكام This presentation aims at studying the semantic traces of "الواوالعاطفة" that is to say "and" as being a conjunction of coordination serves for addition in the Arab context, when understanding the Koran. These semantic traces are first studied according to the explanation of Islamologists - the scholars of Islam - on the one hand, and then illustrate them in several Quranic verses of different contexts on the other hand. So this presentation was based on the polysemy of the verses containing "and" - coordination co-ordination of addition within the framework of Arabic, which shows the importance of conjunction and its necessity in semantics, understanding and the establishment of legislation.
