Abstract

"يضيع الكثير من الوقت في محاولة ترتيب أمورنا في حياتنا اليومية فالوقت ضرورة غير متجددة علينا استغلالها، حيث أن انجاز مشروع من بدايته الى نهايته يتطلب القيام بجدولة زمنية متقدمة من أجل تدارك الزمن وتقسيم أنشطة هذا المشروع وتقييمه والاستخدام الأمثل للموارد المالية والبشرية وكذا المادية وعدم الوقوع في المشاكل بشكل دقيق وعلمي كل هذا يتلخص في استعمال التحليل الشبكي في جدولة وتقييم المشاريع. تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على دور التحليل الشبكي باستخدام أساليبه الكمية كونه وسيلة فعالة في تحديد أنشطة المشروع وإدارة وقته بالتنبؤ في تقدير زمن انجازه وتقليل التكاليف الباهظة بالإضافة إلى ما توفره من بدائل لمتخذ القرار التي تمكنه من اختيار أفضل البدائل المناسبة وتصحيح الانحرافات الممكنة. وبغرض تبيان طريقة استخدام هذه الأساليب محل الدراسة تطبيقيا أجريت بشركة ""سرامبال"" على مشروع صناعة المربعات الخزفية متبعين المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاستعانة ببرنامج WINQSB"""" من أجل عرض وتحليل البيانات المتحصل عليها باستخدام أسلوبي PERTوCPM, الأسلوبان الاكثر استعمالا لمواكبة التغيرات والتطورات الناجمة أثناء انجاز المشروع رغم تعدد الانشطة ودرجة تعقدها فهمي تبقى من بين أفضل الطرق وهذا ما تم توصيته من قبل الطلبة الباحثين من أجل تسليط الاهتمام الكبير للتحليل الشبكي الذي أثبت نجاحه في الجدولة الزمنية وتقييم المشاريع.
