عوامل نجاح العملية التربوية لدى تلاميذ الطور الإبتدائي بالمؤسسة التربوية الجزائرية

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة بالعربية : هدفت هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن أهم العوامل نجاح العملية التربوية لطلاب الطور الابيتدئي من وجهة نظر المعلمين حيث تمت صياغة الاشكالية التالية-ماهية أهم عوامل نجاح العملية التربوية لطلاب الطور الابتدائي من وجهة نظر المعليمن ؟وما هو دروهم في تطوير هذه العملية؟ وللإجابة عن هذا التساؤل وتحقيق اهداف البحث تم اعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لتحليل دراسة الظاهرة كما تم اجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة قصدية-العمدية-حجمها 30مفردة –معلم ومعلمة- لكل من ابتدائيات.غزال الهاشمي,ونيسي الهاشمي, عسيلة بلقاسم ببلدية الوادي وقد تم الاعتماد على كل من الملاحظة والاستبيان وقد خلصت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية: - ان التتعاون بين التلاميذ ومعلميهم يساعد في انجاح العملية التربوية. - تعويد التلاميذ على حسن الإصغاء. - تيسير عملية الاتصال والتواصل بين المعلم وتلاميذه. - إفساح المجال للمعلم لكي يختار الطرق والأساليب والأنشطة التي تهيئ فرص مناسبة.

Abstract: This study aimed to reveal the most important factors for the success of the educational process for primary stage students from the teachers' point of view, where the following problem was formulated - What are the most important factors for the success of the educational process for primary stage students from the teachers' point of view In order to answer this question and achieve the objectives of the research, a descriptive approach was adopted to analyze the study of the phenomenon, and a field study was conducted on an intentional sample - the intentional - the size of 30 individuals - a teacher and a teacher - for each of the elementary schools.
